Ordered a bog-standard coffee on the phone app, a good 8 minutes before arrival. Waited 10 minutes in store. Observed a couple... stroll up to the counter, order coffees, get it instantly poured by the cashier. I leave to go to a meeting, but on a lark cameback half an hour later and checked the mobile order counter. Still no coffee. Amazing. I don't know what happened, these guyswere on point during most of the pandemic. That memory is the only thing adding a star to this review. Read more
Amazing customer service and as always, fantastic drinks.
I live close so before I leave my house I submit my mobile order then I can park, walk in, grab and go. Last couple times I?ve... tried to do this I?ve had to wait longer and longer past the expected pick up time in the app. Today I got a high caffeine drinkbecause I felt a migraine coming. I arrived when my drink should be ready and waited 15 more mins while one person made drinks(the other just did cash despite the short line and the other asking her for help) and the music was absolutely pounding Kesha(not really morning vibes imo). And although I left ample time to park & pick up, then get to work before 8am I was 5mins lateand my drink was actually just half foam. It?s absolutely not that barista?s fault there should be more ppl on that shift asit?s actually usually busier. 2 ppl did come in and walk in the back as I was waiting so I guess they hadn?t started yet. Theapp should give a reflection of the actual time until your order is ready not how long it should take in an ideal setting.Learned my lesson no more Starbucks before work ???? Read more
Lovely location. The service was great. It was busy so it did take a bit to get our drinks but the staff were very welcoming and... let you know what order they were working on by calling out the names on the drink to inform the person. Read more
Super slow. There were baristas who literally had no idea what to do. The line up was long and it was only one person on bar,... one person on the register. 2 just existing and one counting inventory. Would not recommend if you're in a hurry. Read more
