Overpriced, the food isn't that good, and the coffee is too strong. Hot chocolate is sickly sweet and not enjoyable at all.
Came here and wanted to grab a quick iced coffee. Service was pretty slow, and they were out of iced coffee.
Employees are super helpful and kind especially the young lady that wears a scarf, she's so smart, quick and courteous ????

Production staff were so slow and quiet. Couldn't hear any names called, guests were being served in a weird order. I waited... until 3-4 who ordered after me were served. I then had to ask the barista what was up with my order for her to go fill the emptycup she had set out 5-7 drinks ago No one acknowledged we had waited abnormally long or were forgotten about. But if I have towait a very long time for a green tea lemonade that cost me 6$... Someone in management needs to be present to supervise moreefficiently. 5 employees behind the counter at the time.
