We stopped in to get some nourishment and pleasantly greeted as soon as we approche the conter by Seb. He was helpful in... seasonal suggestions ans customized our drinks to our liking with accuracy. Then Maribeth made our drinks in no time and exactlyhow we 'd asked Seb they'd be made. It isn't simply about the beverage(s), but the friendly staff, the personal interactions,and the feeling you get when you are being served so kindly and professionally. This staff evidently enjoys working at thislocation and this is why patrons enjoy their hospitalité. Read more
Edit: I had an issue here the other day, but I went back in today and it was much better. The morning staff was very friendly... and the wait wasn?t too bad either. Also they responded to my previous issue very quickly and took full responsibility. Ireally appreciated that. Read more
I used to go to this Starbucks all the time when I worked next door (for over 4 years). Since the change of management, it has... gone downhill in quality and customer service. The only reason why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 is because of some of thestaff that remember me and give me great service (for example, Gabbie). Read more
Worst location in the city by a landslide. Terrible customer service coupled with constant mistakes and unapologetic employees.... They always blame being busy on the lack of staff they have, but for years I?ve seen them refuse to put more people on the shiftto help negate this. Will never be returning and will be filing a complaint with corporate as this is the 5th or 6th timethey?ve been unable to fulfill an order, never apologized and blamed everything but themselves on why it happened. Wish I couldgive 0 stars. FYI next time you ruin someone?s entire order a small ?sorry? can go a long way instead of being defensive.Laughable. Read more
Mobile order, received two-thirds of order on time, waiter fifteen more minutes for a simple coffee. Staff were running from... different stations, making customers run down to collect parts of their orders missing, absolutely no order or sense to what wasready and when. It?s just coffee, but be sure to not come here if you?re in a rush - or apparently order a half-hour ahead. Read more
The rude older lady with the grey/blonde hair is extremely Ill-mannered and unprofessional. Instead of getting a nice drink like... I wanted, I felt like I was getting a visit from Norma Bates. I wish I had Kleenex on me to offer her for her snotty attitude. Iunderstand having a bad day but this was probably a good day in her book cause she got to be rude at her job while getting paid.If her name is not Karen she should change it. Not to mention the drinks were extremely watered-down and honestly just gross. IfI wanted that much water I would go to Niagara Falls with an empty fish tank. I also spotted health code violations galore. Iwas tempted to run into the loblaws and purchase a mop and some cleaning products and offer my assistance. I was also told towait for my drinks less than 1 inch from mobile order drinks. Germs fly so fast that it?s concerning. I also was resting on atable and it was wobbly and I almost fell. At least if I fell I?d be unconscious and hopefully woke up with amnesia to forgetthis experience. I love Starbucks but this location doesn?t uphold the enthusiasm that other locations do. I will say, theperson with the green hair is polite and at least treated me like a human. Long story short, go to A&w or booster juice. Read more
Starbucks is usually the happiest place on earth. Unfortunately this location was the worst. Like literally no smiles. The staff... looked so miserable like they have the most miserable lives ever. Total mood wrecker. I didn't even enjoy my drink because therewas no love put into it. Starbucks you can do better. Read more
Usually pretty good when i go there but the manager is pretty snarky. Next time i wont hesitate to tell her off. You shouldnt be... having an attitude with customers. Thats your business and the fact that i was waiting in line and instead of saying excuse meim just gonna hand them their coffee she calls them out and puts their coffee right where i was so i obviously had to move butmaybe you should learn manners and how to handle yourself considering you have the biggest responsibility there.
