A quaint hallway-sized establishment. Although tight, the decor has been specifically designed, or it seems, to maximize the... perfect ratio of customers, staff, and most importantly, the comfy-looking indoor decor which allow those who wish to have theirlatte and get some work on their laptops done. Although small in square footage, it does not at all feel cramped or throwntogether haphazardly! The staff, on question, are the sweetest and some of the friendliness individuals on this planet! Fantastic customer service, and drink & food perfect! I did a mobile order so I can pick up quickly and continue on working. My... order was ready on time. Customer service is decent. Could be improved. The Starbucks is attached to a Chapters bookstore.
This is the location I visit the most, great staff. Our drinks are always made proper the way we ask for them. The workers are... friendly and helpful when we can't decide on a drink. Read more
Good coffee and treats. The only thing is that it's really slow because of the amount of traffic they get. The customers are... pretty rude there. It'spart of chapters and some customers will leave their jackets on books that are on sale. They'll just staythere talking loudly all day and won't make space for others. I know staff can't do anything about it either. Too bad. Read more
Good service. It has deteriorated during COVID... sadly If I could suggest some improvements. Floors and tables need to be... cleaned/ sanitized frequently -- how about every 60 min? Need more staff especially during busy times. I come in around noonfor a coffee, needing to be out quick. No I do not want to use the app to order, need to protect client contact info on myphone.
