Unfortunately the drinks at this second cup do not compare to other locations. Espresso has almost no taste and they do not put... enough pumps of sauce in their lattes to make it flavourful so you end up paying $6 for a hot water. Do not recommend. Read more
There was a slight communication error when ordering. I asked for whole milk, and the barista heard oat milk. These thing happen... with masks, and plexiglass barriers. She immediately apologized for the error and offered to remake the drink. I declined, andtried the oat milk. I honestly couldn't tell the difference. Thanks for your wonderful staff. Read more

This is by far the best Second Cup in the city! The staff and owners are great people. We love their Green Mango Smoothies.
Really great service and they make great lattes. It's a slower location so I never have to wait which is awesome.
After supper, my good friend and I decided to have a coffee. We both ordered the Pumpkin Spiced Ice Latte. It was sweet and... tasted delicious! I would recommend this location at The Westgate Mall. What a great location. Read more
I was at this location on Friday, Aug. 10, and the barista was the absolute RUDEST employee I have ever experienced anywhere in... retail! Unbelievable! I have brought the matter to head office and I am currently awaiting their response. I will never spend anickel at that location ever again. Read more
