It's always clean and a quiet, casual atmosphere. A nice place to enjoy a tasty caffeine kick and people watch.
Wonderful cafe, I come here extremely often. The workers are always kind, the service is wonderful, and the seating area and... bathroom are always clean as well! One thing though, I've noticed within the past year that the freshness of the baked goods hasgone down a bit. They are always delicious, but I've noticed the cookies used to be much more fresh, chewy and soft baked.Although all of their baked goods are still incredibly delicious. I highly recommend it here! I went to second cup with my mom and my sister but they ordered coffee and I ordered a caramel frappe and it tasted bitter.... They wouldn't let me exchange it for something else because they all taste the same. I wouldn't recommend anyone to order fromSecond Cup Read more
Very bad customer service and the staff is inexperienced. I have ordered a Maple Latte and a Chocolate Almond Croissant at this... location through the Second Cup app. The staff gave me a Maple Tea Latte instead of a Maple Latte. And he told me they don?thave the Chocolate Almond Croissant but they offered me if I can select another item. Unfortunately, they didn?t have muchoptions and the display case was almost empty. I was very disappointed and asked if I can get money back. He told me he can?t doit and I should have to contact the corporate office. Needless to say, I'll never be back again. Read more
Second cups price is a bit steep for my tastes, but the service here and atmosphere was worth it for a quick break from... work. The store is kept extremely clean, and I couldn't say enough good things about the Peppermint Mochaccino they have thisyear. Read more

Nice space across from the GCTC. Power outlets and seating abound. A couple of tasty light lunch options too.
Always good and great coffee also am no longer a share holder they really did earn 5 stars.
