I was visiting this location in the st Laurent mall , in Ottawa ontario when I walked up to the cash to order my drink I didn?t... see anyone working, so I say hello? And there was a gentlemen who was sitting on the milkcrate on the floor pops his head up andsays ?how can I help you?? .. still sitting on the milk crate. I look at my friend who I was with, and look back at the employeeand say, hi there! The employee proceeds to repeat themselves ?how can I help you?? Now in a more angry tone STILL sitting down!I turned to my friend again and was so confused as to why they are not standing up to come take my order.. so I said out loud?how rude is this? and walked away. I was still so thrown off guard so on my way back, I stopped by again.. this time he wasstanding so I asked them what their name was. They proceeded to say in the most ridiculous tone ?ummm, no.? The level ofcustomer service I received today, by this particular employee was appalling, and I strongly believe they are doing nothingpositive for your business. Charged 6 dollars for a drink and gave me a completely different drink. When I asked the person about the wrong drink, she said... they ran out of ingredients.The staff is not trained to make any coffee drinks. Avoid it. Go to the downtown one instead. Read more

Worst latte ever! Their almond milk vanilla latte was very bitter and tasted terrible! I got another vanilla latte with regular... milk and couldn't taste the vanilla flavor at all. Poor quality ingredients. Absolute waste of money! Read more

Horrible experience! My girlfriend went for an interview at 3PM. The person involved in hiring was called Anu. As soon as she... arrived she stated that she was there for the interview. Anu greeted my girlfriend while she sat on her phone talking to otherpeople and trying to schedule other interviewers. My girlfriend frustrated left and came back as to she was to find that Anustill did not want to take her interview. My girlfriend wasted an hour of her time. For anybody looking to work there do notbother. Do not schedule interviews if you can't handle one right infront of you. Why would you even do a pre-screening andschedule an interview if you don't plan on having one? Terrible, terrible experience. I expect a message from head office. Read more

Decided to try a new place for my coffee, and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the coffee and service. I tried one of... the pecan squares and almost went back for a second. The girls working there were very friendly and even signed me up to becomea rewards member. Definitely recommend this location, I will be a returning customer. Read more

Always have a great experience there. The young gentleman working the shift around 1PM today (Oct 24, 2018) was super friendly,... polite, and made a darn good lactose free hot chocolate!
