I come here almost every day, but the past two times I've visited I've received awful treatment. The first time, I ordered a... drink that I get almost every time that I visit, a maple latte with oat milk. I had repeated my order multiple times to thecashier, as he had a hard time hearing me. While waiting, I saw that the barista was pouring 2% into my drink so I reminded themthat I would like oat milk in my beverage. That's when I heard the cashier snarkily say to the barista that I did not say Iwanted oat milk. The second time, I was waiting in their seating area for someone so that we could order our drinks together. The owner told me to get up so that he could move the tables back to their place as they had been pushed out. After getting up,he told me "this seating is for Second Cup customers only". I told him I was waiting for someone before I order, and he saidthat I have to buy a drink or go. As the owner, I don't understand this kind of interrogative behaviour towards your patrons, especially when you are charging almost 9 dollars for a flavoured latte with a milk alternative. This poor customer service ishow you lose business. Take your business somewhere better and local like Britannia Coffeehouse. Read more

Owner is cheap. I forgot a water bottle for my toddler at home and after I purchased a scone and large drink asked for a cup of... tap water. They refused to give me a takeout cup to walk around the mall with while my toddler ate her scone in the stroller. They'd only give me a mug of water. They said the owner wouldn't allow takeout cups. I even offered to pay for the cup. Soanyway, I had to buy a nearly $3 bottle of Eska just so my daughter would have something to sip on our travels. Puts a bad tastein my mouth. Won't be spending another cent there. Hope the extra $3 he made was worth losing a long-time loyal customer. I'llbe taking my business to Starbucks next time. Customer service is much better. Disappointed. I was just finished feeding my 18 month his milk and was getting ready to pack up to leave as I didn?t order... anything from this establishment and the owner questioned me about if I was ordering something. At this point their was 3 emptyseating areas that people could sit. I totally u sweat and it is his business but the way I was approached was rude and I feltuncomfortable at the way he confronted me. Needless to say I use to be a patron here when I?m not getting another drink frominside the mall. I will never again go to this location because of this. Customer service to me is 100% so important and thisestablishment failed miserably. After reading a few other comments this makes me understand more and I totally not alone in howI felt. If you had to choose coffee in Bayshore mall I would go to the other places within the mall. Read more

It?s quite horrible. Pardon me but you mind as well be drinking coal water. Coffee has flavour, it?s not just some dark bitter... thing. The pastries are old. No amount of sugar of milk could fix our Americano and latte. Do not recommend. Won?t be comingback. Read more
