My mango slush was awful this time, the colour is not even like mango, taste is dull. My friend got an iced taro milk tea but... when she got it it was luke warm, not pleasant experience, store was not busy only one person working. We were in Ottawa for the first time, we are always craving for bubble tea and we saw this place. I ordered the Mango with... tapioca pearls, and my husband ordered the Milk tea with honey and tapioca pearls. My husband love his drink! He said it wasvery good! Mine drink was very tasty and fresh, I saw one of the staff cutting the fresh mangos over the counter. We were prettyhappy with our selections! Read more
Worse experience, i ordered my regular medium mango slush. The store was little busy, but even after waiting 7-8 minutes instead... of getting my cold favourite slushy, i got runny and room temperature drink with no taste at all. Just after one sip i went backto them, and asked if they can take my drink back and remake, but the girl with highlighted hairs came to the cash counter andstart talking very rudely and said i can only add extra ice and sugar to it nothing else. I agreed, then she gave me anaggressive expression, just for the normal thing and also, this was so embarrassing ???? in front of others as if i didsomething wrong. overcharging. Cashier redeemed my points without asking. We paid in cash. Good thing we saw the receipt. one of your cashier... needs to be train. Why would you redeem our points without asking. And charging us more than what?s in the receipt. And pleasebe nice to your customer who is just asking. It is not our fault if you overcharge us. Had the chance to try this bubble tea place! Definitely recommend the Oolong Dragon Milk Tea with Tapioca, I drank it hot but I... am sure cold tea would be amazing as well!
