The drinks made at this location are watered down and half the cup is filled with tapioca. When asked to remake the drink the... manger refused and told me I should have ask for half tapioca. I?ve never experienced such horrible customer service. As acustomer I should be able to go to any location and the drinks taste the same!! It?s the businesses responsibly to uphold astandard! Very friendly environment, customer service is phenomenal. I?ve been to different location of real fruit but this location... welcome you. Stuff are nice and they make sure to repeat and correct orders and serve a fantastic drink. Very fresh andhealthy. Manager is nice too she surely makes her stuff always happy. Everytime we come they look happy and having a greatconversation no awkwardness to be seen as other work environment. Read more

I got the Mango Diamond Slush with pearls. The mango flavour was legit! I was expecting more mango chunks though and some of my... pearls were clumped together, plugging up my straw. My partner got the almond milk tea with pearls and his drink was goodwithout clumping. Read more
The worst customer service I experienced ever in Ottawa. The guy was working, was rude and asked me extra money for a cup!... Ridiculous! I told him, I am not gonna give a good review based on my experience and he replied that doesn?t matter! For sure, Iwill not visit the store ever! It sucks!! Read more
