The drinks made at this location are watered down and half the cup is filled with tapioca. When asked to remake the drink the... manger refused and told me I should have ask for half tapioca. I?ve never experienced such horrible customer service. As acustomer I should be able to go to any location and the drinks taste the same!! It?s the businesses responsibly to uphold astandard! Very friendly environment, customer service is phenomenal. I?ve been to different location of real fruit but this location... welcome you. Stuff are nice and they make sure to repeat and correct orders and serve a fantastic drink. Very fresh andhealthy. Manager is nice too she surely makes her stuff always happy.
