The guy at the counter looked like he was having a bad day. His sour face gave me the impression that he doesnt want to be there... and serve me. I asked him the difference between a donair and a beef, and his answer was "a donair is a donair, and a beef is abeef"..... very rude. I was on the brink of just leaving and going to another place. Just to advise other customers not sure if it is purely the door dash app (I did) or not, when you order the Beef Plate and... Chicken Plate, you do not get the salad with, and there is no option in the app to select. Otherwise the food is fresh andarrives fast. The salad is expressed in the menu description for these items. Dishonest advertisement. Rice was microwaved in styrofoam. I went in after seeing the billboard - two sandwiches, two sides,... and two drinks for $18.99. I asked for that combo, and it was prepared - but I was charged $27 or so for it. When I askedabout the difference, The guy said that the deal only applies at lunch. That isn’t explained on the billboard. The guy behindthe counter was friendly enough, but food quality is mediocre. The chicken was dry - but that might have just been badtiming. The worst of it was, when he prepared the rice side dish, he just piled cold rice into a styrofoam container, then putthe whole thing into a microwave in the back room - totally unsafe and cancerous. It went straight in the garbage when I gothome. Disgusting. Makes you wonder what else they do during food prep if they think microwaving styrofoam is an okay thing todo. We won’t be back. Read more

Wow, very impressed with the chicken and beef here. Great flavour, cooked to perfection and the best thing is there isn’t any... grease on the bottom of my container unlike most places you get a lake of fat. I’m coming here all the time now as I’m on azero carb diet. Read more
