This is a REALLY Good freaking pizza!!! I have more than a decade of managing an Italian Pizzaria, a couple of years managing... some chain pizza places. Ive tried a LOT, of pizzas. THIS Place takes top 3 in my books. a little more expensive than many ofthe chain places.. BUT you get a full sized large pizza, not 12 inch.The pizza was heavy they dont skimp on toppings thesauce was good and not overbearing, the crust was crispy and perfectly cooked and delicious, will DEFINETLY be back. Itarrived super hot, service to hotel. and delivery Guy was great. ********************************** I just want to say I cameback lol I ordered again from here and the pizza is still amazing. I'm not here to give any negative reviews but I need you tounderstand I made an order earlier to have it delivered for 745 pm they made it a little bit too early they got there at 7 PMbut I wasn't at the hotel yet. But when they called me and I spoke to them they realized their mistake and they made me a wholenew pizza from scratch and send it to my hotel room hot and fresh at the proper time. I want to give them props and a lot ofrespect for this, Because I've had this happen a few times and the pizza places That it happened at what they did was throw myold cold pizza in the oven to try and heat it backup and send it to me at the proper time only when I got it it was Luke warmand nearly burnt. Palermo's didn't shortcut it they just made a new pizza and sent it, I have a lot of respect for these guysand wish them well with their business and that is just d*** good ethics and really great customer service. thanks jeff c. Im not from OTTAWA, came here for work with my boys. were here for a couple weeks. Ive been trying a lot of placestrying to find that one spexial place and im so glad i found this place!@! BUT very worthit in my books now that we've tried it. you get a full sized large pizza, not an undersized 12 inch they pawn off pretendingits a large. I USED to like the other restaurant's pizza, but, they did something to me twice...made it taste off,old maybe...it just wasn't... good anymore. I didn't eat theirs in over 2 years now because Palermo's is seriously the best pizza in Ottawa! I will neverstray! You're the bomb! Love your respect and upmost attention to providing hot, tasty food that will make you my one and onlyrestaurant I order from(when feasible) as long as I live in Ottawa!!! They were extremely fast to get us our order and the pizza was hot! Very cheesy, and generous on the toppings. The pizza is... filling and I felt like I got my money's worth. Will definitely get Palermos again. Read more

Absolutely amazing pizza!!! Great crust and great sauce....perfect amount on toppings.

The best pizza place iv had in Ottawa. Pizza crust is crispy and flavourful, toppings aren't skimpy, and the pizza really holds... up well for delivery. Definitely get the palermo garlic sauce. Hard to impress the hubby if it isn't neopalatin pizza and healways loves the pizza here. The only downside is that the wings are extremely small and overcooked and if you have top notchpizza, you need top notch wings too! So im deducting a star. Haven't tried anything else yet, but plan too. Iv called and thepeople were really nice over the phone. Overall, a really great place. Read more

I moved to the Ottawa valley 2 yrs ago and with the pandemic I haven?t gone out much and one of my biggest disappointments is I... haven?t been able to to find REALLY amazing pizza anywhere. I had to come to Ottawa for a thing and I tried this place and itwas just so so so good!!! It was such a treat to find such well made pizza, I ordered it from skip the dishes, it came quicklyand was hot and delicious. Very delicious pizza. A good tasting crispy crust, nice sauce and perfect amount of cheese. We ordered a Hawaiian and added... bacon and mushrooms. So glad we did because the bacon was the star of the show. Big slices of tasty thick cut bacon. I've neverseen a pizza place use such quality bacon before. Sorry for the half pizza picture but it looked so delicious we couldn't waitand dove right in. Also reheated and tasted great the next day. The house garlic dip was top notch as well. Overall veryimpressed and definitely exceeded my expectations. Will most definitely be ordering again! Read more
