A not-so-hidden gem of Ottawa. Fantastic prices compared to the pricier downtown bars mixed with a great atmosphere. Very... friendly and relaxed staff. throughout the week there are some great specials and events like live music and trivia. Worthchecking out if you are unsure. Read more
My boyfriend and I love to order O'Grady's when we want good food that's close to us. Whether it's takeout or dine in, we love... it. Fries are top notch, they always give my boyfriend for his fries when asked too. Dine in preference is club sandwich. Takeout is chicken ceaser wrap, no bacon, parm instead. Original review 14Jan2022: Decided to order takeout from O?Grady?s on Friday, January 14, 2022 as we were craving wings and had... heard good things. Would have liked to eat in but covid prevented that. We ordered 2 sets of wings and a Swiss mushroom burger.The wings were average and they had forgotten the dipping sauce for the sweet potato fries. Neither of those would warrant sucha low rating but the burger was completely pink on the inside and tasted raw. We called the restaurant to let them know of this(we also tried frying the burger to cook it properly) and were asked for our name and number and a manager would get back to us.Unfortunately it?s been 24 hours and no response. Definitely would not go back to this place. Edit 30JAN2022: Mike, the GM ofO?Grady?s contacted us a few days later to apologize for our experience. He offered to comp our next meal. We ordered 2 ordersof wings, the chipotle burger, and the jerk chicken tacos. The tacos were delicious as were the wings. I will still say the beefpatty for the chipotle burger lacks flavor but it was definitely cooked all the way through this time. The service was great andwe would return again. Read more
