Of the 10 or so burritos places in Ottawa I have tried, this is the lowest among them. From the ?no outside food? sign when you... walk in, to missing soap in the bathrooms, this was not a great start. The burrito itself was fine (not great), but the chipswere clearly burnt. When I mentioned this to the person working there, they were super polite and showed me other bags of chips,but they were all burnt and unseasoned. Go to any other mucho burrito and you?ll see a dramatic upgrade in chip quality. 16$ burrito bowl weighed so light. Employee was cheap on portions like he was giving out food from his own pay cheque. Even... after asking for more beans instead of rice, he only gave regular amount of beans and was extra cheap on other toppings. At thispoint I myself was shy and embarrassed to ask for a little extra as he was cheap on every single thing. The staff here are awesome. I come here frequently. However I had to remove 2 stars because 1. No vegan cheese for 3 months now... and the price has increased. But I'm not getting my cheese??? 2. They closed the bathroom to the public so I cannot use thebathroom after a long day at work and I cannot wash my hands before I eat and again after I eat. what is going on? As a Mucho Burrito customer of 4+ years, this location is the pinnacle of excellence After trying 15+ locations this is the... only one that is consistent in fresh and hot food that isn?t soggy or off tasting If you?re going to try mucho or switch to anew location after a bad experience. No vegan cheese available (again) and no sign posted. They start making your food before you get to the cheese selection, so you... either go without or throw away food. Not very impressed. Read more

Now I understand why this store has such bad customer service reviews. Pathetic service. Don?t know how to talk with customers.... I am honestly a big fan of mucho burrito but it is really sad to say i had horrible experience. The guy who worked sundayevening on 10th july should really learn how to talk with customers. I wish i could give a minus rating for the service. Who soever is the owner needs to watch their employees for their behaviour for sure.
