Wow! I have to share my experience at this Montana?s because it was honestly phenomenal. If I could give it more than five stars... I would. I have a 5 pound service dog and it is often stressful trying to find places that accommodate us, but also make us feelwelcome. The staff here was so incredibly kind and accommodating. One girl, I believe she is a manager, Kacey (sorry forspelling) went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and was just so pleasant to interact with. She made me feel so at easeand comfortable. All the staff were the same, so friendly and welcoming. The food was extremely delicious as well. They evenwrote a cute little note on my receipt about the puppy, making my whole night honestly. I just had to share because theirrestaurant environment and the kind souls that make it up embody everything I hope for humanity in the future. Thank you forsuch a wonderful dinner!!:) Read more
The restaurant was clean and comfortable and the service was friendly. But the food was average to disappointing...nobody at... our table finished their dinners. The steak and ribs were dry, chewy and had hardly any flavour which is surprising for aroadhouse style restaurant. They also arrived warm and not hot which might explain things, despite the restaurant being prettyquiet that night. Nice restaurant, but they need to focus more on flavour and process IMHO... My son has poultry allergy and the Staff took everything very seriously and made sure we had no problems food was decent, not... the best I've at Montana's but not the worst either. My daughter's Steak was ok but overcooked for medium rare. Son loved hisribs and my beef rib was good but top bit (bottom or rib as on cow) was overcooked and dry but rest was perfect. sad excuse for mac and cheese. very obvious that they do not take delivery orders seriously. macaroni undercooked, half a strip... of bacon and some cheese mix sprinkled on top. steak texture was off, almost like it was boiled. no char on the outside,extremely bland, and a weird aftertaste. such low quality, will not be ordering from here again. avoid this place! Good place to hangout, delicious food and everything was freshly made.. we enjoyed having shrimp, chicken burrito bowl,... buttermilk fried chicken, burger and kids menu is also yum!! Must try:)) Read more
The service was good, but the food is just okay. I didn't find it overly flavourful, but it wasn't completely bland. Just needed... more salt and some acid. Given that it's a chain, they tend to try to please a variety of palates. We got a pulled porksandwich, a fried chicken one, and kids pizza and chicken fingers. Read more
Had a great NYE dinner at Montana?s! Service was quick, waitress was friendly, and food was hot and delicious. Especially loved... the mini donuts and peach tea lemonade! Would definitely come back again. Read more
The food was great. Fish and chips, pork ribs, and donuts. But more importantly, the staff was incredible!!! So friendly, so... courteous, so helpful. My mother in law, who struggles with strength and shakes, ordered a coffee. It comes in a huge mug;normally a good thing. But in her hands, it was too heavy to lift. Quick as anything, they found a smaller, lighter mug, warmedit and filled it with freshly brewed coffee. After all this, they didn't charge us for the coffee. They really were wonderful. Read more
