I?m giving a 5 star rating because the service we had was amazing. I was in for dinner Nov 2 at the South Keys location and our... server was Matthew ( Matt on our receipt). He was so attentive, super patient with us as we asked him questions about the menuand he made excellent recommendations. He was very friendly, was quick, checked on us just the right amount of times and hispersonality was fun and friendly. He was an excellent server. We will be going back for sure and will be checking ahead oftime if he?s working so we can sit in his section. Thank you Matthew for the great service and for making us smile! Read more
We had a wonderful experience for dinner here! We were welcomed and seated as soon as we arrived, although the restaurant was... busy. We?d expected a bit of a wait so we were pleasantly surprised by this. We had a lady named Sheila for our waitress and wecould tell she has been in the service industry for a while. She was very attentive, knew the menu well and could giverecommendations when we asked. She checked in on us to see if we needed anything and even paid attention to our drink when theygot low to ask if we wanted a refill. The food we ordered was delicious! It came hot, perfectly cooked, and really hit the spot!Washrooms were clean and well stocked. Great experience all around. Would recommend this location, they have service down pat! Read more

Greeter and server were great. We as a group enjoyed our evening. My issue is I ordered a fish and chip dinner and it came in a... bowl. I guess it's a great vessel to hide how thin the fish was and make it soggy. It's true if I had a pet fish I would wantit to be in a bowl, but if I am eating a fish filet, I want it on a plate. Beautiful restaurant the food was good. Was not fan of the service. The design of the restaurant is really nice they have nice... bbq menu, burgers ,some Mexican and lots of cocktails . The food price is similar to other restaurants. I ordered fish and chipswhich was good and costed 19.9 before tax . My friend ordered their special burger but got the wrong order. They checked withthe kitchen they said it will take like 10 min to get the right order. We felt bad and said it is ok we will take what ever theymade . I would have liked them to do a gesture instead they charged him a higher price which is the price of the new order anddidn?t even offer to not charge him his soft drink. I think a good customer service would be to charge him the price of what heordered and maybe a 2 $ drink for free as a gesture. That was my only negative about the experience. Read more
Why did my review get pulled? I gave a negative review due to the service not the taste of the food! I asked for extra and was... willing to pay for it and was given 3 lousy pieces of carrots and their reason was "that's the amount we always give". Reviewsare everything for customers,don't hide the bad and just keep the good. The workers can do better! Read more

Sheila was a very kind bartender that made me feel quite welcome, especially as I saw her reconnect with other regulars and took... time to interact with all of us.
