I pre ordered. They delivered immediately. So it was an hour and a half early. Called the store they said they would make new... ones and deliver them at the appropriate time. 15 minutes after the appropriate time they had still not arrived. I called thestore. They said that there had been a mess up again and that no one had made the order it would take half an hour. So at thispoint it's going to be 45 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered. I asked for a refund and was told that because it'smobile order they cannot do that. Aweful customer service. Read more

The new manager was charging extra money from each orders, I made a complaint to one of the delivery drivers, I thought they... would change, next time when I ordered a pizza they send a driver who intentionally banged my doors, the door screen wherealmost broken, be careful with these new management, make sure to verify the price of all the orders you, I was a regularcustomer for the past one year, but I don?t recommend this place to any one. We ordered from the baseline location on Friday April 29th. We ordered two pizza's, one was thin crust tomato well done, the... other was a pepperoni pizza regular crust. The first pizza was missing the tomatoes, was not thin crust, and there's no way inhell it was well done because you could literally still see the individual strands of shredded cheese. I called the location andspoke exceedingly calmly just asking for credit for the tomato pizza. It's challenging to find the words for how rude andunorganized the staff there were. First off they couldn't even find my order even after I gave them the order number my phonenumber and address and I confirmed the address location it was ordered from. They put the phone down on the counter instead ofputting me on hold and all I could hear for 4 minutes straight was them yelling at eachother and arguing. Then they get back onthe phone and start yelling at me and I literally could not even get a word in edge wise without being cut off and yelled over.All I said was can I please have a credit for the tomato pizza. They wanted a photo of the pizza which I would have been happyto provide had they actually given me a way to even send them a photo as well as had they given me a moment to finish a damnsentence without Yelling over me. I ended up hanging up out of sheer frustration because they absolutely overwhelmed me withtheir horrible customer service. Read more
I just ordered pizza and two combo platters. Online menu for Baseline Road Milano says in the combo platter has zucchini,... chicken strip, onion rings, fries and fried mushrooms. We were sent zucchini, chicken strip, onion rings, fries and shrimp. Myhusband is allergic to shrimp and all seafood. Point is the shrimp was in the box so cross contamination is in the box. Ihave been a regular customer. Order combo platters always. NEVER has there been shrimp in it. Very frustrating talking to thestaff member on the phone. HE argued that there is shrimp in the combo platter. HIS solution was to send an order of friedmushrooms to make us happy. HE JUST DIDN'T CARE TO LISTEN that with shrimp in that box has cross contaminated that entire box. He needs to understand what Allergic Reaction means and in restaurant, take out, any business in food , employees should havefood handling certificates. Either change your menu to let people know you have changed the combo platter. Or risk a lawsuitfor having something in the box that is not in any advertisement menu for your business. I just received the replacement nowfirst on had onion rings this box has none. Just as long as the food is safe to eat. I have never had a problem with thisMilano outlet. Vegan Pizza is Impressive. Delivered fast and the lady on the phone was very helpful. I was nervous about ordering the vegan... cheese for the first time because I love pizza and hate change. Overall really good pizza and the crust was one of the best I'veever had. I will be ordering vegan pizza from here again. Read more
I was delivered a nitro Volvo sub on moldy bread from this milanos. Will never order from milanos again.
