Don't know what's going on today but Milanos is usually on point. I had ordered a walk in special and went to pick it up at the... given time. No pizza. No order noted. Worse, they didn't even offer to put the order in again until we had asked them to. Theservice was poor: you can tell they were backed up and getting other orders mixed up. Hopefully you guys sort your service outas I would hate to have to find another regular pizza joint! Read more

I was here yesterday and the guy making my poutine took my cash order, made my poutine with his bare handa and fixed all the... curds without washing his hands. Now i have the sniffles. Im embarassed i ate some of the poutine because i was embarrassed toask for my money back. Read more

Really bummed about the order we got today. Usually really good, so we decided to try something new. The sub is the "smoked meat... sub" which claims to have "piles of smoked meat" - sadly, I got more onions than meat. I had to dig just to find some smallchopped up pieces of meat. My hubby got the Beyond Meat burger with cheese (an extra $1 for cheese). As you can see, there's nocheese. Very upset about this experience. Definitely a waste of $50. We won't be back. Read more
This is the fourth time I have tried to order from this location. Every single time, the order was an hour and a half late. ... This time, they told us 15% off due to the delivery time. When we went to pay, the delivery guy, had no idea what I was talkingabout. The food was less than adequate. My steak sub was filled with a black mess that tasted like it was weeks old. My kid'ssubs (club sub) were a mushy mess with barely any chicken. NEVER AGAIN. Save your money!! In these trying times, wheyordering out is a luxury, this location is a sad reminder of how bad (once again) this location is. They just don't care. Saveyour money and order from Gabriel's. Ordered a pizza half cooked . The crust wasn?t good. The ceiling in the place where they cook is totally disgusting. I had paid... for the pizza already got home and through it out. I will never go there again. I am shocked that they pasted this place firhealth inspection. Read more
