This is the most unprofessional place I?ve seen. Went to the drive thru Tuesday night (Nov 08) and the order was all wrong so I... went in to show them. Once inside I observed the staff messing around, throwing ketchup packets at each other and chasing eachother while 3 others staff members were outside the front doors jumping back and forth over the railings, they twice jumped therailing in front of cars leaving the drive thru at which point the cars had to stop. Another staff came by laughing and lockedthe others outside. The staff outside were banging on the windows laughing while about 4-5 customers were outside waiting forsomeone to come unlock the door. Management at this location needs some serious training in how to handle their employees. Read more

This is the third time I use this McDonald?s Every time the service has been slow but my order has been correct. I went... this morning and waited over 20 min for my order There is two lines of drive thru and one line went before ours. 6 cars wentthrew When i finally got to the speaker to ordered. I asked for two combos thought my purchase was good. Once i arrived to thewindow. I got the order but not exactly what I ordered and informed them to keep a eye on both lanes and not just one. Wasinformed we are only two today. The person at the window was ok but I believe they would need more people to help customersatisfaction and to confirm the orderes are proper. I might use this place again but hope the managment helps and gets morestaff to help out. Read more

I get that fast food location tends to get really busy at peak times, but you have to manage your team's communication skills.... Orders that are ready in bags should get expedited to waiting customers. I saw a person at curbside pickup coming in becausethey have been waiting for so long. A uber driver had been waiting, for an incomplete order, over 15min. A coffee had beenprepared, but sat there. Clearly many hardworking individuals, but effort is being wasted if the food is not delivered topeople. Read more

I had placed a mobile app order for 3 coffee's. Waited in the drive-thru for 5 mins until they cleared all vehicles in front of... me. Then, you would i would be next, but then the staff decides to take the order of a customer that just pulled up. So, mypatience wore thin and i decided to pull up to the second window and said, "picking up order blah". Manager is like you have tothe intercom to place order. Ya, like i was going back to wait another 10 mins for coffee. Poor management and staff. Itreally sux, because they are on my way to work. Read more

If I could give them a 0, I would. I've never felt so rushed in my life. The employee at the drive thru didn't even ask what I... wanted, they just kept repeating "evening" aggressively. When we pulled up to yhe window, she basically whipped the card machineat me. Pulled it back almost making miss paying for the order. Then aggressively opened the window and tossed my food and drinkat me then disappeared. I waited at the window for a bit go talk to them about that and they would not come back. I hadordered a coke and it tasted like melted ice and a splash of coke. It was filled up 5/8 of the way and filled with ice. The carbehind us was a friend and they had the exact same experience. The employee was even aggressively tossing sleeves of coffeecups to her coworker. This can't be normal for a drive thru. At least they're consistent in being terrible. Read more

Mind you experience is through ubereats primarily - but consistently missing items without fail. Today literally three quarters... of the order was missing. At least they got the happy meal right this time. Not sure why I kept subjecting myself to this - butI won't be any more. Avoid this location. Read more

This has to be the worst operations in the city. Not sure why it takes them 10-15min to do an order. My order of fries was... half-full - wth?! I don't blame the staff though -- there needs to be better management of this slow food operation. Read more

Terrible attitude from the staff and didn't bother to get the order right. We ordered a cheeseburger with extra pickles and... onions and a western BBQ with extra BBQ sauce. This is what we were given. This isn't the first time I've gotten bad servicefrom this location. I've been through the drive-through a few times for small coffee orders and regularly get terrible attitudefrom the person I'm placing the order with. Read more
