We just picked up a great meal here. The French fries were the best I?ve had in months!
Can be slow and exceptionally busy and sometimes you?re order isn?t right after the wait. When it is good, I don?t have any... issues though. Additionally, for a location that is 24 hours, many times it?s closed randomly. McDonald?s app let?s you put anorder in and when you show up it?s closed. Came here for breakfast with family and as McDonald?s go, it was a good one. I got what I think is the best deal - pancakes with... sausage - and they were good. Everyone else with me got breakfast sandwiches and those also were good. The dining area was cleanand the staff friendly. Read more
9:30pm on a sunday. Waited 15 minutes to get my order wrong, I skip the front counter to avoid their incompetence and yet they... have someone just as incompetent making the food. Waiting ANOTHER 10 minutes for my burger. I understand that you are a trainingrestaurant but fire your trainers. They obviously don't know how to properly train employees. Should've read the reviews. I don't know what I just ate but I stopped, and threw all of it away. The bag was delivered to me... like this, pride open with the stickers pealed up, and one of the ripped. The bottom of the tray is disgusting, only notice whenI was throwing everything away. The burger was nauseating, the fries were cold and covered in salt like left overs. The drinkwasn't full. I think I'm done with fast food. Read more
Update: They refuse to give large iced water at the drive through! Just sat for 25 minutes in line to get some drinks and it... included 2 large iced waters. "Oh sorry I can only give child size" So I said give me 3 of them and she said "I can only giveone" ITS WATER. IT COSTS THEM LITERALLY $0!!! PATHETIC Used to be okay but going downhill. After many negative experiences, Iam finally done with them. Be prepared to wait 20+ minutes or so on average in the drive through. Tonight, NO BEEF at all. Theyhad signs saying they could serve chicken. We ordered two wraps, one crispy and one grilled. Get to the window, no grilledchicken left. As we drive off, they're talking about how no spicy nuggets left and something else they were out of. Staff haveno customer service skills or work ethic. They have conversations with one another while you're at the window. Tonight, theywere friendly but incredibly and very noticeably unorganized. I feel for the staff because this is a management issue. Just abad experience overall. And on top of that, this is the chicken we got! It's overcooked, dried out and gross. Without question in the slowest McDonald?s I have ever been to. Got parked for three cheeseburgers at 1:30pm and waited 15... minutes. Seems a little ridiculous considering their bread and butter is making hamburgers and cheeseburgers. This is not thefirst time experiencing extremely long waits at this location. Usually if I see a long line at this location I would not wait init, as I know better. Even when the food was brought to the car it was cold. Lousy experience again. You have about a 20% chance your order will be correct. Whether it is a missing patty on a burger, the wrong item, or items... missing entirely, the remaining 80% will have some sort of mistake. Last time I was missing a patty. Today, after being made topark and giving them plenty of time, they were missing an entire item. If I could get my money back it would be less of anissue, but I guess McDonald's has to beat inflation somehow. They didn't even bother to put a receipt in the bag, probablybecause this wasn't an accident but rather the result of less then great employee. Read more
