I come here on my way to work every morning to get my coffee. First of all, I know you guys work over night but please let your... attitude be at least NORMAL ! Terrible attitude towards customer. Second of all, you guys never ask me to show my code to getpoints. That is totally fine, I will show it to you myself. But please don?t show that attitude like why is this freak showingpoint card. Never even got good because the dining room was closed at 7pm. They offered no explanation other than "we're short staffed". At... least they let my 3 year old in to use the washroom, but wouldn't even let us get take out. Read more

The employees need to improve their customer service skills. I ordered a coffee and muffin. They forgot to give me the muffin. I... asked one of the employee for a muffin. He did not let me finish my sentence and went away to talk to his colleague aboutanother order. He did not even come back and kept me waiting. I had to call him again for a muffin. They seriously need to betrained in how to deal with customers. Read more

If you're looking for a location with poor management that will waste your time this is it. There's always a huge line in the... drive thru that takes ~40 minutes to get through. The reason being they will frequently lock all doors on the location (orforget to unlock them) for their official opening hours. It was 3 hours past opening today and I was able to watch from myoffice window the slow moving line, and people trying the doors for like 2 hours. Read more

I come here every Thursday, and everytime I get a double hamburger. Not once have they ever gotten my order correct, and I feel... like a double hamburger isn't that tough. Id give 1 star, but the management has always been good about fixing the problem, soI'll give them that. Read more

Horrible service Staff is very rude and lazy, even walking to give me my.order was like they didn't want to even do... that. Manager at the time was even mean to my husband when he said the order is wrong. Always getting orders completely wrongeven with mobile app which come on its right there to see. Called head office and speaking to a manager. McDonald's do betterand seriously what happened to the salads and how about lettuce wraps instead on buns. Never coming back but I will make surehead office not only gives me my money back but that they make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else. Read more

Billings Bridge location, in parking lot. Things sure have changed with McDonald's. I haven't been there in years. I thought... I would remind myself of how I used to treat myself with a Big Mac Combo. I even wanted to go for a milkshake. I hadn't hadone in 30+ years. I asked for a Big Mac combo and a strawberry milkshake. I paid and waited. I noticed that I was onlygetting the milkshake. I told her that a drink comes with the combo. She spoke to me in a rude tone and said that I wassupposed to say that it's a combo and a milkshake. I did say that. She repeated it again being rude. I did not understand whyshe was upset with me. She gave me the milkshake and an empty cup. I told her do I need to pay the difference. She said toforget about it but still with a rude tone. I brought my bag to the table and noticed that there was only one straw. I wentback to the counter and politely asked for a straw. The manager said, in a rude tone, "I gave you one". I told her that I hadtwo drinks. She rudely said, "did you pay for both of them?". I am so disappointed at how I was treated. I was so embarassedin front of another customer. Just picked up a lattee and a coffee from this location. Service was very slow. The lattee was cold (the milk and coffee were... not hot). One of the staff did not like that I reached over to pickup a tray for the drinks. You should automatically ask thecustomer if they would like a tray for their drinks. This is my second time going to this location and unfortunately both timesthe service was poor. Management needs/ should address the issues that exist with this location!!! Read more
