We sat in line at this McDonald?s, watched the woman ahead give her order. We get to the speaker and wait, and when someone... finally serves us, it was a woman saying , sorry, I can?t take your order now. No clue what the hell was going on. Do they onlyhave one employee ? They were not super busy, but we had to sit in line until the people ahead of us got their food, in orderto escape the drive thru. This once decent McDonald?s has fallen into a deep pit. Read more
Super happy to give this McDonald's my business as of today. Specially since Tim Hortons has now lost my business after being... their loyal customer for 30 years. Tim Hortons being super greedy wanting to charge an extra fee for double cup when it's nottheir customers fault that Tim Hortons makes their cups super thin and burns our hands with their thin cups. Atleast McDonaldsprovides thicker cups and we don't need to burn our hands no 2nd cup needed. Also specially happy this McDonald's lets me nowdrive through the drive thru on my electric Motorcycle which they use to not allow me in the past which made me go to TimHortons drive thru instead. Super friendly staff at the drive thru window today. I will now be coming to McDonald's everyday togive my business. Read more
Superdirty place. They had not a single clean table, but they don't seem to care - after I asked to clean at least one table so... my kid and I could sit, they did exaclty nothing so I had to complain again. When 10 miutes later someone shiwed up to clean itdid not help much as the cleaning person just used wet diry wipe... Disgusting Read more
Arrived here at 9PM. We were told to pull around and wait for our food with nobody in front of us and one car behind who was... about to order as we paid. We waited 15 minutes in the parking lot for the attendant to come out with our food. This is supposedto be fast food. A 15 minute wait for a small drive through order of fast food is not acceptable. Service here is always slow.I've been to this location a few times and it's always the same story. It's not fast or efficient for the drive portion. If youwant a cone or a coffee you'll get that in no time. If you order a full meal or two, you'll be waiting a while in the parkinglot. Friendly enough staff. I don't like to leave bad comments, but I am trying to make it real, this one is for administration to think on their manager's... renewal. As this negative experience gives an impact on later on attitude to the whole business. Well, let's begin. I knowmacdac is a place for the low income families and those families bring in very low standards of behavior in common places. But!!The restaurant's superiors should not adjust. It is their responsibility to keep it clean, sanitized, to work on serviceimprovement. Children wanted to draw a bit, so there were colouring papers, but no crayons at all, even used ones could work,but no, nothing. Then, the the girl in the cashier was a newbie and it took a while for her to accept our order. They haveforgotten about the donut in the order, although it was paid of. Ana they didn't bring any apologies for that. The fries were ofvery bad taste. Seemingly, that they change frying oil once in couple of days! Very bitter taste. Read more
I kid you not, this is 100% THE best McDonald's in all of Ottawa. They are always quick & efficient no matter how busy it is and... have always gotten my order perfect even when modifications are made. Food is always hot and everyone is always very friendly. Idon't write reviews ever but in writing this I hope that maybe it will make it's way to the staff at 1880 Carling because theyshould all know they are doing a great job and it does not go unnoticed. It's always great to take a dinner in Mac Donald's match road with friends and family. The taste is amazing, the service is... great and the treats are just outstanding! With the integration of the mobile app, the offers keep reflecting the generouspromotions and are really rewarding. Kudos to Dieudonné and all the friendly staffs!
