I wish I could give 0 stars to this frustrated and rude old lady. Terrible customer service and a disrespectful old lady to the... customers. The old lady named Shelly was constantly rude to me after I ordered my fries. I was waiting there for 10 minutes andthen she started screaming at me when I was on a phone call. The fries weren?t even like McDonald?s fries and they were burntoff. She took out all of her day?s frustration on the customers. I can firmly say this because it?s not only me, many peoplehave posted reviews underneath regarding the fuckin? lowkey customer service. I would never recommend anyone to visit here foryour meals. Giving this place 5 stars just for a few employees. First of them goes Jack Hall, a man dream would?ve marry him if I could tbh,... best customer service. He brought my special McNasty right to my table without hesitation after the completion of it. Just as Imentioned his McNasty, best special McDouble I ever had. Ready to come here every time he?s having a shift here. On the otherhand we have Joshy Curley, another man dream id marry if I could. Best manager ever he deserves a raise in my professionalopinion. The manager and the elder woman in this location treat certain people terribly. I have always respected people of all... backgrounds, but I was disrespected and humiliated by them. They are very judgmental and mean to me. I was horrified andshocked by their encounter. I hesitate to go there again. I do not recommend anyone to go there. Read more
All the tables were dirty, ketchup, lettuce etc. All over so I kindly ask if a table could be cleaned so my daughter's could... eat. Was told that they were too busy so it wouldnt be done. I had already ordered my food so I asked to speak to the managerand she gave me the same answer. I asked her where I should me and the kids sit then and she finally sent someone out to cleanthe tables. Dirty rags were used for all the tables, no product, just water. The reviews here are so ignorant! The health department does not require gloves to be worn while preparing food, in Ontario.... McDonald's has a great system set up to ensure hand washing is happening consistently! The manager who works the day shift isexcellent and fantastic with guests! I am shocked at people's judgmental attitudes and ignorance! If only everyone could haveempathy and be kind. Imagine how difficult their jobs are!! Try putting yourselves in their shoes! Read more

Worst experience from a McDonald?s ever. Very unfortunate that the workers are under appreciated as this disgruntled manager... yells at customers that she only gets a 5 min break. This place was good when it was ran by stittsville but after hazeldean took over the location it has went downhill. It took 14... minutes for me to get my ice coffee and by the time I ate my food it was cold and the fries tasted like play dough. The crewisn?t pleasant and the cleanliness is minimal there is garbage and messy tables everywhere. Not at all satisfactory. Read more
