I'm so disappointed because I have been eating out at Mary Brown for more than 5 years and I love there menu. But lately 3 times... in a row, everytime I placed an order from the mobile app for delivery, my items were missing from the order. So I called thestore but no one answered. So I emailed support because there's nothing else other than sending emails. I sent an Emailregarding my latest order where my sandwich (the main thing was missing), I placed order for 4 pc chicken combo, my piece wasmissing and no drink.... I paid $39 for a missing sandwich, 1 piece of chicken and no drink. It's been over 3 weeks and I've noreply back from the support. I'm definitely not supporting this scam of a restaurant anymore. There's no one to hold accountablefor at this point because there's no one from there side to respond. Read more

I went there yesterday (Sep. 28, 2022) around 9:30PM. The lady at counter took less than 2 mins to give me my order.. To my... surprise, when I came home - chicken was stale, looks like fried at least 2-3 hours ago.. fries were cold and hard, fried longago.. If you don't have fresh stuff, just ask the customer to go somewhere else.. don?t give them what you are going to throw ingarbage in next few minutes. 0/10 Read more

Tried the new Mary browns the other day on Eagleton rd near the metro, I wasn't impressed. Went there around 4:30pm, and should... of known that they would give us all the old fries left over from lunch. Chicken was scrawny at best. Asked for French fries,got wedges instead, I guess they really wanted to get rid of those old wedges. The only thing good was the chicken strips andcoleslaw. Please listen to the customer when they order. Read more

The best chicken is from Mary Browns! The new location in Bridlewood has a smaller eat in area (20 people) than Centrum but the... food and service are just as good. The young cashier was very friendly and efficient. The chicken and taters stayed hot afterpickup and being brought home. 9 piece Family pack for 3 people's dinner includes leftovers ???? the 4 piece is great for 2meals and costed $18 including a bottle of pop. The Spicy Big Mary was a good deal on Monday but the quality is lesser than the Kanata centrum location. The chicken was good... but they didn't season it well to add enough spice to look like the packaging. It looked like the original big mary instead ofthe Spicy one thus it was a disappointing experience. Read more
