Food is great, I like the variety of options on a daily basis. Never too hot or cold and the cooking staff can always be seen... changing food trays. It can get extremely pricey in a hurry but a good option nearby when you are looking for healthieralternatives to coffee shops, and sandwiches. The additional star lost is due to the customer service. It's not polite to gothrough an entire interaction without the cashier not saying a word to me especially when he indulged and engaged inconversation with the patron just prior. I used to eat here quite a lot but haven't for many months due to them serving popcorn chicken with some semi-frozen pieces. I... got no satisfaction with a complaint, so I tried to avoid the place. I decided to try again and ran into a different issue, sohere's my review. Some of the food is good and some is quite delicious. Nothing that I have tried was bad so I can't reallygive less than two stars. It is their ingredient practices that I have a big issue with. You pay by weight so pay very closeattention to what you are buying. Read the item name closely and assume the cheapest ingredient mentioned will be the mainingredient in the dish. For example, they sell something called "Butter Chicken (potatoes)"... I expected butter chicken withsome potatoes, but what I actually got was butter chicken sauce, big chunks of potatoes (that looked like chicken chunks in thesauce), and no discernable chicken at all. I complained and was told that all the chicken must have been picked through... thatmay be true but it doesn't sound right to me since I have never had butter chicken before with any potatoes in it. I also hadtheir pulled pork - it looked like nice pork, but some pieces had rather large amounts of fat. The meat and bbq sauce wasdelicious, but if I ever return I'll be aware and "pick through" to get only meat pieces. First off, they sell moldy food - just look at the first fridge when you walk in. There's always molded/expired food discounted... to about $4.00 for a cup of berries. Food buffet not worth the price. An empty container will run about $7.50. Add any weight toit and you'll be paying $18 for a small lunch. Service is poor and lineups are long. Best to avoid. The sandwiches and salads counter is good. The by-weight buffet style items are overpriced in my opinion. Lately they've started... carrying Suzy Q donuts and that's always a treat! Read more
Not a bad place for a quick healthy (if you choose) lunch. Freshness and quality is questionable. Variety and taste is great... though many dishes are super salty. PRICE is way too high for pay by weight. I could have had a nice meal at a sit downrestaurant for this price. Probably won?t be back unless I?m in a hurry. Read more

Last week I decided to go to Marcello's with my friend... we both regretted making that decision. Lets start with the food. The... food tasted like it was rotten or like it had been sitting there for a week it was disgusting. The staff : the staff was reallyrude to us when we asked them where certain foods where located. Lastly the price : i had filled the container to about half ofits capacity and i had to pay 25$ i was appalled! The only thing worse was what my friend had to pay he had filled up hiscontainer completely he had to pay 35$. I will never return to Marcello's again Read more
Very good food, lots of healthy choices and lots of variety of food. A must try! I will definitely come back.
