Cake was great and easy to purchase but terrible customer service. Completely ignored when picking up my order at the specific... time . If they had a designated space for pickups that might help customers feel like they are being considerate. Read more
They gave me the scoop of ice cream already melted. I had to swallow the ice cream so I wouldn't do a mess instead of enjoying... it. The lady told me they just did the ice cream, but they should warn people first. Not cool Read more

Stop in here and had a great experience. I know some of the other reviews were not that great on Google reference this location.... But that was not my experience. There was only one or two people ahead of us, so we got in within a few minutes. The staff wasvery friendly and polite, all wearing masks. The ice cream making process was explained and easy-to-follow. And the end resultwas quite delicious. I would return again and highly likely will. Read more
First and last time purchasing a birthday cake here. Didn't get a cake resembling the picture or description at all, and the... manager/cake maker was useless and not at all helpful on the phone. Ordered the White Chocolate Raspberry Cake pictured belowfrom their website, received this cheap imitation with no raspberries lining it, no almonds around it, and the wrong coloredicing. They give you 3 icing colors when ordering online, I chose white - I got tacky blue on a red and white cake. Onlinedescription: "Fresh raspberries and creamy caramel combine with vanilla whip and slivered almonds over our decadent WhiteChocolate ice cream cake.". CLEARLY not what I received. The nice young employee who was by herself there on a Saturday tried tocall and text a manager/supervisor when I told her this isn't what the cake is supposed to look like - nobody answered. So I wasalready on my way to my mom's birthday, I took this meh cake. Next day the manager/cake maker calls me and shouts over thephone for 8 minutes how the cake was correct. Clearly not. And he shouts how he only will give me a refund for a future cake,completely doing nothing about THIS cake and incident. Why would I return here when a no-bake birthday cake is screwed up sobadly? Passing off poor-quality imitations of the cakes online, a classic bait-and-switch. Save yourself time, money and aheadache and just purchase from a real bakery or Dairy Queen! Read more
We went on a Saturday. A beautiful hot Saturday, and the service was outstanding. This has been the best ice cream I have ever... tasted in my life. They make all ice cream in house, and they blend whatever ingredients you wish to have with your ice creamflavor right in front of you and serve it to you in a waffle cone or bowl or however you prefer. Prices are very reasonable ifyou consider the wholesome and natural ingredients that are used in making their ice cream. They also offer a large selection offrozen pre-made ice cream cakes, again using all ice cream produced in house. Prices for their cakes are less than the ultraprocessed DQ. The Butter Pecan ice cream is the best I have ever had. We sampled quite a few flavors with their little samplespoon portions. Every single flavor was delicious and it just made our choices all the more difficult. Parking can be an issuehowever it is located in such a picturesque and trendy neighborhood that we recommend you park on a side street and take a nicestroll.
