Not only did this location mess up our order, but when we called to speak to them regarding the order, They answered but they... simply put the phone down and no one came back to speak to us (which they said they were going to). After trying several timesto call back, the phone wasn't answered. Some of the chicken pieces in there wouldn't have even filled the tummy of a squirrel. Just awful. Coleslaw was good though. Was there today, for dinner it was disgusting. The skin was not, edible was also extremely dark. Did not taste good.

To be honest this location has the best chicken in the area! Perfectly cooked! The KFC location on Hazeldeen Rd Kanata can most... certainly take some pointers from this location. Burned, dry chicken at the Kanata location KFC is normal. Read more
When I went was very busy and they were dealing with a crazy person outside causing drama for the customers. But my meal came... fast and it wzs very good. This location usually is busy but gets your order fast and efficiently. Tbhe people behind thecounter are courteous and quick and the food is good at reasonable prices. Read more
Will not come back to this location store 932 st Laurent blvd ottawa. Bought the 4 piece meal. Received a wing, 2 small thighs... that had more bone than chicken, 1 small breast meat. Not worth the $15.00. Mest up the order, had to go back for my macaroni.Rip Off. Read more
I was so impressed with this location. The quality of the meal reminded me of the KFC of the 90s when it was a family favorite.... The meat was perfectly cooked in what must be fresh oil...my family loved it. The staff was friendly and the location clean. KFChas franchised out to so many people who don't truly know the brand so it's refreshing to find a location with pride and premiumoriginal product. Well done???????????? Read more
