The employees were horrible and very rude to the customers horrible customer service , we ordered 2 large fries and were given 1... large and 1 medium and they said when you ask for 2 large fries you get 1 large a 1 medium... I mean where the logic in that? Wealso ordered biscuits and were given cookies when we went to ask why one of the employees replyed very rudly and said we ran outof biscuits so we gave you cookies instead that's fine and all but when we asked why she hadn't told us that there weren't anybiscuits before she turned to the other employee and very rudly said "tell her (me) their aren't any biscuits" then just ranaway to the back. The food there also was dreaded in oil and salt, taste wasnt like it was before horrible horrible servicedon't recommend I'd rather eat from Popeyes much better service and quality of food. Order the bucket of 14 and 4 large side.in large side they give 1 large fries and small fries and cookies. When we complaint... very rudly she said when you ask for 2 fries we give 1 large and 1 small.and when ask then we order biscuits why give uscookies...again very rudly that she said oh we dont have biscuit when ask why not inform before she again rudly said to theother employee just tell we dont have and ran awY.seems like we are the beggers there and she give us free food.guys pleasecheck your meals she must be saving things to take for her home....I will never visit to the KFC again.and inform all my friendsNd family to be aware of them. Possibly the longest I've ever had to wait for "fast" food anywhere.
The slowest service I have ever experienced. Waiting 45 minutes for 2 prices of chicken is ridiculous. The kitchen staff is way... too slow and they need a sense of urgency. Read more
My go to place for friend chicken. I have found their chicken to be always fresh and juicy. They have reduced the salt as... compared to previous years, enhancing the recipe significantly. The staff can be a plus or minus based on their mood (somethingthat can certainly be improved) but when it comes to food, there is no comparison with other fried chicken places. Yummm!!! Read more
It was the best KFC I´ve ever been. We have to wail near half an hour to take our order, but it was valuable. At least, we were... sure they are making our order rather than warming it up. It was really fresh, and tasty. It also has nice staff. Highlyrecommended. Read more
I thought it wasn't bad because it was busy. So I tried it out. The burger would take them 7 minutes to make I said I was okay... with that but then she tells me the fountain drinks are out of order too. Just a bad experience there. I'll reevaluate if I gothere again Read more
