Great service! The place is super clean and fun with arcade games on the table and photo spots. I really appreciate the workers... who put their effort into making all our smoothie bowls look beautiful! There's lots of interesting items on the menu too andthe prices are fair. Smoothie bowls! $9.97 for a custom bowl. Choose your fruit base (can mix different fruits) and unlimited toppings! The have... fruit, nuts, chocolate, and even those jellies in bubble tea! Oh and popping boba too. I got this piece of white chocolate (withorange food colouring) that was shaped like a fish tail. They also put this bonus butterfly wafer in the whipped cream. My bowlwas so pretty and so tasty. Staff were super nice, friendly and patient. I love this place. Definitely recommend! Read more
As the name suggests, they are known for their bowls and I must say, they are quite good and the portions are ample. Their... rainbow sandwich looks funky to say the least and tasks like any other cheese sandwich. The corn with Cheetos was great! Spicyand sweet all in a bowl while making it healthy! On a separate note, they have funky store! They have a a couple of photo boothsorta set up and retro games built into the seating area! On the downside, they have a long wait time! It took me 30 mins to get3 items which I believe is quite slow! It might just be because I visited here during their store opening hours. Would update myreview with my experience on my second visit. There?s a lot of hype around Insta Bolz however, the bowls aren?t actually good. The toppings are nice touch but the smoothie... part is quite boring and the oats are really hard. Staff are good and the environment is really exciting. Was just disappointedby the smoothie bowls. I appreciate the response to the review! I wish one of the staff would have helped me with suggestionsand explained how to make the bowl. Read more

Healthy, Colorful & Delicious smoothie bowls. These are bowls half filled with a veg or fruit smoothie of your choice which is... then topped with tons of toppings from various fruits, berries, veg, chicpeas, nuts, coconut, oats...what not!!! And then, youcan top it off with whipped cream, caramel & many other options. We tried the "Fire" smoothie and topped it with almosteverything. Loved it so much that we came back again and tried Royalty & Hungover and loved them even more. The vibe inside thestore is cool & the staff is really nice. It really takes some doing for preparing a bowl as you can really go crazy with thetoppings. But the staff is really patient with any customizations. Waiting for them to open a branch in Toronto.
