Totally fine place to stop in. It was quite busy the Friday evening my wife and I stopped in, but even though there was a... line-up at the entrance, it didn't take any longer than 15 minutes to be seated. That said, while the food was totally fine(along the lines in what to expect in an airport), our server, Ahmad, was absolutely legendary. He seemed to be the only serverworking the restaurant at the time we arrived, and while the restaurant was packed, he never stopped being attentive, kind, andincredibly efficient. Truly, my wife and I were very impressed by how he never seemed to stop during the whole time we werethere. Not only that, but I never once felt rushed as a customer, even though the location was extremely busy. His kindconsideration made the our visit even better, and he deserves an incredibly amount of kudos. Read more
Bartender was very nice and friendly. Fish and Chips were good but the fries were a little rough. Thank you! ????
It was just after 6 pm on a Wednesday night and it was quiet. We got a table immediately and the service was superb. The waiter... was friendly, quick, and accommodating. He even offered us a tip to save on the order. It was the best service we received in along time. Although the choices were limited, the food came quickly and was quite good. Read more
Service was incredibly slow, and the meals come out a bit?too fast if you know what I mean. Overheard a table next to me say it... was a pretty bad salad, so opted for fries and a couple beers. Spent almost $30 and left 30 minutes later than I intendedbecause of the wait for a bill. Unfortunately, options are extremely limited at this airport. Maybe give the wine place a shot! Read more

One of the only options at the Ottawa Airport. Menu is limited and prices are a bit higher than normal, but it is understandable... due to location. Service was slow at this location and it appears that are struggling to staff. Food was ok. Read more
On stopover we tried to have dinner, however due to the staff being run off their feet, our food was delayed with our order... forgotten I suppose. Then we tried to pay with an Ultimate Dining gift card and no one knew how to take payment this way. Food came later, and we made our flight so everything turned out fine except wished we could have paid with the gift card wepurchased to use at this restaurant. Read more
We got a burger that was slightly raw in the middle. they changed it without issues. Fries were delicious and food was good!... Servers could be a bit more attentive to the employees. We had to flag her down a few times to get our receipt. Read more
