I ordered two mediums from them a whole ago. The pizza barely had any topping, it was all crust, and it was impossible to rip... apart because they barely cut it. I called and complained and they were nice about it and offered a credit. I went again and gotthe same two medium and exact same thing happened. Could barely rip apart the pieces and I don?t have a pizza cutter. Pizzataste like pita bread. HORRIBLE! Look at this pizza!!! I ordered it for my guests and couldn't even serve it because look at these pieces!!! Every... single piece is cut in different sizes and looks disgusting. If it was like 1 or 2 pieces it would have been understandable butthis is terrible! It looks like they were just playing around with it and thought no one would notice or something, like how doyou mess up so bad. Even a child could do better. I tried to call the store twice and they said they won't do anything about itbecause it's not a real problem and won't send a new pizza or refund me, so rude, impolite and unprofessional, and then had theaudacity to HANG UP on me both times! Never ordering from here or any of their locations ever, even around the world. And let metell you I've had pizza from them since childhood and from at least five different countries, extremely disappointed. Too latefor a new pizza but I'd still like to get an refund. Read more
Domino?s has been my go to for decent pizza across the country. Ordered an extravaganza and it was by far the most disappointing... pizza I?ve had in a long time. So little cheese with the ?extra? cheese that the skimpy topping servings wouldn?t stay on andthe hand tossed crust was extremely thin, it was more like a medium size crust stretched out to be large. Ordered pizza for pick up. Wrong order made and poor quality. Waited for long time to get the replacement. Poor customer... service. Staff not following safety and cleaniness guidelines. Staff not washing hands before making orders. Next time, I willorder from other place. But definitely not from here anymore. Read more
Awful, just awful pizza. First off who cuts a round pizza in tiny little squares???? Stop it! Ask for thin crust, and it taste... and feels like cardboard. Never again, first and last time I ever order from domino's. And the pizza was made at mock speed andsat, was not even hot. Ordered online and picked up in store. The one staff member I spoke to was friendly and followed COVID rules. Pizza was hot and... delicious, as usual. Large parking lot as it shares its spaces in the plaza. When I went, the lot was empty. No complaintshere and I will return! Read more
Located at 1800 Bank St in a small mall is this franchise of Domino's Pizza. Domino's makes consistently good tasting pizzas... that are affordable and have an online points membership where you can earn free pizzas. There are also other products anddiscounts that can be found on the Domino's website and within the store. The store is reasonably clean and staff work hard toplease customers. It is not the best pizza in town, however I still think it tastes good on nights when you want to sit and eatpizza while watching a hockey game at home. Try eating your next Domino's pizza with extra tomato sauce I think it tastesbetter. Read more
Last week I ordered pizza and cinnamon sticks with extra cinnamon for pickup. When I got home. I opened up the box there was... very little cinnamon and no icing sugar. I called the store. They told me that they would give me new order of cinnamonsticks. I was disappointed but it happens. So tonight I call the store and order the same thing but an extra pizza so now twolarge and tell them that I should have the free order of cinnamon sticks on file. The guy on the phone gets the store managerand he tells me that it was not the order. It was they were only going to give me the icing sugar. Like really. What am I goingto do with the icing sugar by itself. Use it for last weeks cinnamon sticks. Really. He said to bad. That?s what it is. So Iended up hanging up and picking up pizza at house of pizza instead. Which to be honest is a much higher quality pizza. Moreexpensive. But wow. Yum. Very very disappointed in the customer service. I order several pizzas every couple of weeksbetween home and work and I get treated like this. Read more
