Used to be great. They had a very strict manager but I don?t see him anymore. Things used to be quick but now I order online and... go to pickup. Literally made me cry. I had a hard day and ordered pizza as a comfort food. When I got it I noticed there was no sauce on it... just cheese so I called to see if they'd mixed up the order or something. The woman on the phone was incredibly aggressive andcondescending towards me. She explained multiple time how pizza worked to me: they start with dough, then SAUCE then cheese. She also claimed it was impossible for it not to have sauce because then the cheese 'wouldn't stick' which just makes nosense. After staying silent through several minutes of this I said thank you, hung up and started crying. Read more

Quality is terrible, the owner (Fadi) is a big scammer don?t ever work their, he claims to offer full time and only gives you... 20-25 hours for 2 weeks, they also scam you for the extra 10-15 mins per shift that you stay later on. When exposed he threatensto call the police , he?s a really terrible franchisee owner, NEVER work for him or order his food, he tells his workers to gocheap on the toppings aswell. Read more

Regular customer, never had any issues, until I order on their 50% off promotion. Apparently 50% off the price also means less... than half the toppings to them.. This Canadian Pizza with "extra" cheese barely has enough on the top half to be consideredregular (yes, I eat Domino's that much). And the bottom half barely got any cheese at all! The pictures really do no justice tohow little cheese is actually on the pizza. The worst part: their solution. $5 off my next order, guess that fixes HALF of mypizza missing cheese and my meal ruined.. Read more
I had a negative experience that was in part my fault. I ordered on the app and forgot to change the address to my new... apartment. I'm in centretown and was informed by who I presume was the manager that it was "illegal" to deliver to me because Iam not in the downtown core. The location at Friel is only 1.1km from my home. Unfortunately the manager was a little shortwith me and I wasn't offered a in store pickup option or maybe an address near me I could have walked to. This meant that myalready cooked food presumably went to waste. A shame that this technicality for delivery areas results in a frustratingexperience for the customer. Read more
