I've been a DQ fan since I was a kid, and I've learned that some DQs make way better Blizzards than others. I've had 3 Pumpkin... Pie Blizzards this month from 3 different servers at this same location, and each one was perfect (see photo). Clearly someoneis caring about quality here! The food was good but the service was awful. We walked in and the woman working was looking down at her phone writing something.... She didn?t even acknowledge we were there for about 5 mins. The least that she could have done was say ?hi, I?ll be with you ina minute?. Then when I went to order she seemed miserable and was rude. For those of you who order online please don?t! I ordered a cake online for my daughter?s bday and paid by credit card. I had an... email confirming my order and that I paid. When I arrived to pick it up, the employee said they never received my order despiteme showing my order confirmation email. I also showed them that my payment went through on my credit card. They had the manageron the phone and I explained to him that I ordered online and paid by credit card. He was rude and kept interrupting me saying?We never,never, never take payment online?. Spoiler alert!! You do !!! They wouldn?t give me the cake that I paid for. I didn?thave time to find another cake and so I paid for it AGAIN! My credit card has been charged twice!!! bad customer service at this location, had called about a mistake on my delivery order (got the wrong ice cream) to see if they... could fix it and the lady i had talked to about it was unpleasant unfortunately... she hung up on me twice as if she didnt wantto deal with it and had argued with me saying i got the right order as i was standing there physically looking at it, nothingwas done to fix it as she said "im right, its not our fault" blamed it on an uber glitch but clearly something went wrong as ihave a recipe to prove it. not impressed with how the situation was handled and probably will not be ordering at this locationany time soon Read more
It's a standard Dairy Queen. Our kids like it. Short walk or bike ride. The little seating area outside the store isn't cleaned... that often so wasps add a pleasant element of danger Read more
Dairy Queen is a favorite since I was a little one! This location could use some refreshing but it is still Dairy Queen. ... Quieter fridges would improve ambiance indoors. Would appreciate a couple more dairy free options, and some options with lesssugar. Never would have thought this when I was a kid though! Read more
Good ice cream treats and food. Fast service (most of the time). We often order our birthday and other celebration ice cream... cakes from here, and have never had any problems or issues. Staff are friendly and happy to fix any issues should anythingarise. Clean, but small - not too much room to sit indoors on those hot sweltering days to enjoy your cool DQ treats! Read more
I ordered a skore caramel brownie cupfection today. The color and texture of the brownie seemed off. These was no hot fudge- it... was just chocolate syrup. There was very less of the caramel sauce. No skore pieces. So I paid 6.77$ just for vanilla whichultimately went into the trash. Please don?t serve if you?re not trained to make it.
