Excellent and friendly customer service! My boys and I were served by Richard and he was wonderful! I did not check the store... hours and arrived at Carlingwood mall shortly after closing. All the store lights were turned off and everything was closed butI asked my son to pick a cake from behind the glass freezer so I could return the next day for the purchase. Richard popped outfrom the back of the store and offered to help us anyways even though DQ was closed. He explained the cake styles, asked whatcolour of ink we wanted on the cake and patiently packed everything, all the while being cheerful. He made our day and saved mea second trip! I went to Dairy Queen and asked for carrot juice at 05:45 pm. Unfortunately, the employee directly said we can't make it after... 5:00 pm and it is totally doesn't make sense. We already had an conversation regarding the same issue in the review and we gotan professional reply and i was happy. So, I decided to visit again on the behalf of that reply but the employee did the samething like before. Furthermore, I was surprised from his rude response, he said the owner is not here to clean the machines soif you guys need carrot juice just come when the owner is here. I said, ok fine and thanking you for your response. Now, I'm tototally disappointed of the employee behavior and service. Waited 30 minutes for food the cook apparently only can cook 1 burger at a time. Kept giving me and my girlfriend dirty looks... while waiting for it to cook, my burger sat under heat lamp for 15 minutes while the other burger cooked. This location barely puts any topping in your blizzard. They need to step it up. Didn?t want to pay 6-7$ for a cup of soft serve... ice team with lil bits of whatever blizzard of choice I had. Read more
