Excellent and friendly customer service! My boys and I were served by Richard and he was wonderful! I did not check the store... hours and arrived at Carlingwood mall shortly after closing. All the store lights were turned off and everything was closed butI asked my son to pick a cake from behind the glass freezer so I could return the next day for the purchase. Richard popped outfrom the back of the store and offered to help us anyways even though DQ was closed. He explained the cake styles, asked whatcolour of ink we wanted on the cake and patiently packed everything, all the while being cheerful. He made our day and saved mea second trip!
