We ordered two simple ice-creams, paid for it and waited for 10 mins and he asked us again what did you order? We told him, he... gave one of the ice-cream. We were still waiting for another he made it but put it aside. Idk why?! I had to ask him is it mine?He said yes then gave it to me. Very unprofessional and undertrained workers. Read more

Gross, dirty and worst. On top of it, the person had been dropping things and making our items. I had to deny to my order after... watching how they were making it. I wonder how food safety office allows them to run thr business. Please refer to the photosto see for yourself. Read more

Went in with a family member to grab a late night snack. And that was when the comedic circus began. First off, it took them 20+... minutes to get us our small cone and medium hot fudge Sundae (I should add that the fudge was not even remotely hot - I didn?task for another one because I had enough of this mess by then). They managed to get the order wrong 3 times. The poor lady infront of us, they got wrong over 7 times that I could count. While she was waiting with a young child. I don?t even think it wasbecause they were short staffed - we counted 7 different employees all running around. It was shambolic, as was the restaurant -ice cream left melting on the floor where customers are to stand, the kitchen floor was immensely wet and messy, staff were notfollowing the procedure for using the blizzard machines with a guard(despite said procedure being posted in writing above saidmachine). It was incredibly disgusting, frankly. I cannot in good faith recommend this Dairy Queen. It would have been faster, cheaper, and easier to go to the local convenience store, buy ingredients, drive home, and then make a sundae. The staffdefinitely need more training, and a good talking to. Despite this being my local DQ, I?d rather drive to one elsewhere. Eathere at your own risk, or at least come much earlier than you planned. Read more

July 28, 2022- 6:30 pm. 1. Young girl that waited on us was kind and helpful. Banana split was fresh and tasty and the... brownie was good. I asked for lactose free product and she showed me several boxes of options but they were not soldindividually. A lactose free single item should be available instead of a whole box. 2. Other young workers standing aroundand tables were dirty and needed cleaning. 3. Floor in front of cash register was so sticky and nasty our shoes were stickingto it. Other areas were sticky too. Only found one table that was semi clean to sit at. 4. Very sour smell near cashregister area. 5. Atmosphere, cleanliness and workers need help and workers need extensive training on dealing with the publicand cleaning a restaurant. This is a matter for mgmt to deal with as it appears the young staff does not know what to do and itdid not seem like a manager was there. They seemed like they were all in a panic. They need training and leadership and theycould really do a great job. Surely there are checklists or job duties for each employee to be responsible for. This could bea top notch place ! Read more

Today, I went with my family to Dairy Queen 2036 Bells Corner Ottawa on 26 June 2022 @ 6:20 PM Sunday for ice cream cones. I had... very bad experiences with the whole staff, they hired small high school kids and they don?t know anything about the rules andregulations, and everyone lies to your face. I asked, if I would like to sit inside the restaurant with my family, and theysaid we are not allowed. I asked why they closed it. They have no answer, no notice for such things and one girl came to a fewmins after and said we will open tomorrow? I said I?m here today, not tomorrow what is the reason you closed this area, she saidthe(Owner) gives us this instruction? Mr. Owner, we don?t have time to come every day. You should follow the provincial law,?with all restaurant restrictions lifted on March 14. Restaurants can open for in-person dining at 75 percent capacity? and youdidn?t follow provincial law by the way??? Read more

What a ridiculous thing to keep doing. The pandemic was hard enough and now this owner is using it as an excuse not to open to... the public. Plus they don?t honor the DQ loyalty app. Very unfortunate that they?re the only ones open past 9pm or 10 pm. Read more
