The quality and consistency of Crispy's is amazing. Both locations are equally great. The poutine is great and the fried... chicken is on another level. Also, you can't go wrong with the price! I usually always buy from here since the food is always delicious and the price is very good. Unfortunately, my recent... experience wasn?t the best. l ordered a bunch of chicken burgers and 48 pieces of chicken wings. After picking it up andarriving home, i realize half the order wasn?t there. Instead of the wings, there was a large poutine. So i called to tell themabout the issue and I was told to drive back for a new batch of wings. It is a rather tedious drive to especially since it waslate at night. I was expecting some level of accommodation considering this was a mistake from their part and that they had medrive back but instead i was just given the wings and told to keep the poutine which i didn?t want. I feel the least thatcould?ve been done was either a refund for the wings as an apology or perhaps extra wings instead of just the 48 due to theinconvenience caused. I didn?t fight back or anything, but just a very wrong move since they made me drive all the way backpromising a refund. I don?t think i?ll be coming back which is very unfortunate. Read more
