Great place? I usually go to the Barrhaven location so I was worried that this location might make my usual Copper Deluxe Burger... and Chico salad differently. I like Copper Branch in general, and this location is no exception. The menu is extensive with so many options for everything... you may feel like eating - wraps, sandwiches, soups, bowls, smoothies, numerous desserts, etc. The cheesecake was the best Iever tried! The staff are incredible. They are all friendly and very helpful, definitely above average. Kudos to the managementfor picking the right people. Staff are the ones who make a big difference. Given the amount of competition the food alone willnot keep customers coming back. I really enjoyed coming to this location while on travel in Ottawa. I highly recommend it. Ordered 5 bowls for delivery for a work event. Only 3 bowls showed up. Called the restaurant twice for a refund but both times... the rep didn't have authority to initiate the refund and said her supervisor would call me back. I work in the Justice building just Minutes away from Copper Branch. I have been slowly but surely making my way through their... entire menu. It started with the all day breakfast sandwich and my most recent try was the limited edition vegetablecoco-masala. Every time I think surely I have eaten their best item, I am once again surmounted the next time I eat here. Thestaff is excellent, part of the reason the food is good, is because they genuinely care about working there. Copper Branch is aninnovator in the plant-based food space. Sometimes I get down on the world, but when I walk through these doors I am reminded ofthe future that we are moving towards. I've had the Copper Branch in Barrhaven before and it was a nice change of pace, so decided to try this location as well. It's... awkward to access as their exterior door is blocked for construction. Our online order wasn't ready by the pickup time, and theportions/quality of the food is underwhelming for the price. I think if you're going to get a bowl, there's several moreaffordable and tasty options around than this. Read more

Such a cool vegan chain! They were very good at being clear with gluten free options too. I was a tad disappointed because they... had run out of poutine and the collard green wraps, but I had the mini Aristotle bowl with carrot keftedes and it was prettygood! I was super excited for my first time visiting Copper Branch and I was blown away by all the choices, however I was left feeling... super disappointed. I went with two friends to grab take out and we were the only ones there, but it took about 15 minutes toget our food. I ordered a mini bowl with tofu and a large fry to share, but after waiting ten minutes they told me they droppedmy tofu on the ground and asked me to choose another protein, I understand mistakes happen, but I don't understand why theycouldn't just heat up more tofu? After 15 minutes my bowl was ready, but I had to inform them that I ordered fries too and theywere confused, and ended up giving me fries that were sitting out on the counter waiting for an uber/skip order. When I openedthem, they were super soggy and didn't have any ketchup, so I asked if I could have ketchup and they told me I didn't order anyketchup- but I just assumed it was included? When my friend overheard this she asked them if they included ketchup in herfries, since she got a burger combo, and they said yes. However when we got to the park and unpacked our food, there was noketchup to eat with her soggy fries. Also, my other friend opened her bowl and unfortunately was not given her dressing, so shehad to eat plain veggies and rice. I rarely leave reviews, but this was just a really disappointing experience. I can't believeI spent $9 on a large box of soggy fries that tasted both undercooked and burnt at the same time... Sad. Loved this vegetarian ?fast-food? option. They have a great selection with burgers, wraps, salads, and all day breakfast! The... staff are very knowledgeable and patient. The wrap was a bit small for $10, but still good. I?d like to go back to try some moreitems! Read more
