Very cute cafe with tons of delicious chocolate centered foods and drinks. I got the American style hot chocolate, and the... classic crepe. I?ve been coming to this place since i moved to ottawa last year but the change it experienced since after the end of summer is... insane! The chocolate is so much better, and the place is so much cleaner. This place has surely become my comfort spot????. Thefreshness, tastiness, and quality of the food has become amazing. You can taste that the dishes are made with heart. My friendordered a banana split and she said it was so delicious! This place always feels cozy especially on a cold night. Opted to get the fondue single with mix chocolate and it was perfect... potion. The mocha with milk chocolate was very decadent. Overall, this is my go to place in Ottawa especially if In thelandown area. Read more

What a difference a year makes truly! This has always been one of my favourites but I felt like it wasn?t keeping up last year.... Most stupidest encounter that I had with this restaurant. Came to this location for dessert to celebrate a graduation and was... with a group of 7, the lady did not let us in as she said they did not serve after 10:00pm and it was 9:40pm. I said that whydidn?t they let big groups, and her reply was that they don?t take big orders. But has the Audacity to let in 4 couples afterus. That is the equivalence of 6 people plus a group of 3, which came in at 9:55pm. Do not recommend to go here whatsoever. Mostridiculous rule I ever heard and never been denied to enter a restaurant when they close till 11:00pm. The most deplorableservice I?ve ever witnessed especially when we pleaded to eat here and the lady at the front (did not get her name) simply saidno without an apology or any solution whatsoever. The food is absolutely fantastic. Dishes are tasty and the portions are great. The only problem is how understaffed they are.... The staff is super friendly but we waited for our food for about 45 mins. If you are on a rush, this is not the place for you.You can tell food is being prepared with so much care and effort and that's what saves this restaurant. Read more

I think it's over hyped place. We ordered for triple chocolate cake and milk chocolate milkshake with ice cream. I received the... cake, as you can see in the picture, the cake was dried up and really bad. Milk shake was without ice cream and cream. Very badexperience. I would not visit here again. Read more
