The only reason we are giving them 3* mainly is because food handlers were not wearing any aprons, gloves or hair nets. The work... attire a food handler wears on the job could infect food with biological or physical contaminants if no food safety measures areimplemented. I love BFF for their unique and creative Duos that they put out every other month! I?m always excited to see what they will... invent next. Their regular menu burgers and fries are tasty, too, though! I can tell that only high quality ingredients are usedwhen making their food. I really wanted to like this place but there are so many small things that I don?t think I?ll be back. First of all, I wanna... say, the staff is incredible! The young girl taking my order was so friendly when I ordered and when she handed me my food. Theburger was also pretty good, although a bit dry and I am kind of put off by the fact that the ?original burger? doesn?t havecheese. Shame on me for not realizing it, but like why would you showcase a cheeseless burger? It?s just odd. Finally myBIGGEST complaint is the dining area. I?m here to eat, I?m not here to dance or get wasted. There are so many bars in the area Idon?t know why this hamburger place feels the need to play music full blast. I legitimately saw two customers walk out when theywalked in to blaring music. Also, FLIES EVERYWHERE! Close the door and get some decent AC. Like I just don?t understand why aplace with pretty good burgers and good staff wants to make their dining area as unpleasant as possible. We came in for a nicedinner experience before going out for the night, and we just wanted to get out of there. - Tasted good but bottom of burger was burnt, maybe they don?t clean the grill often enough - Burgers are small so if you?re... hungry you?ll need two and that?s a lot of $$ for burgers compared to just going to a nice restaurant (it ended up costingnearly $40 for two people) - I agree with the other review that said the fries taste like salty cardboard. Tried the new Red Light Green Light Duo which was a fun concept given the viral popularity of the Squid Game show. We don't... usually go for extravagant burgers and poutines like this because they're so heavy but it was a nice treat. The smash burgerpatty really came through and the kimchi ketchup was a nice touch. The dalgona beef bacon was chewy, crispy, and smoky but wedidn't get much sweetness at all. The panko crusted hotdogs were freshly fried which made an interesting but salty addition. Wewould prefer some more green light elements like the scallions or other freshness to cut through the salt. I wouldn't go forthis Duo again but perhaps for a classic burger/poutine since those standard elements were good. Staff are friendly,knowledgeable and efficient. Decent burger place, beautiful sear on the patty, legit smash burger. Caramelized onions were nice, not super caramelized but... still good and lots were on the burger. Price was a tad high but this isn't a frozen, cookie cutter burger joint. I don't mindpaying the premium for a premium burger. It is not as good as it used to be in the past (2-3 years ago). You can substitute any burger for a beyond meat patty which is... convenient for me but the extra 3$ doesn?t make it super affordable. For an extra 3 or 4$, a non-vegetarian eater could?vegotten a full side upgrade with fries, sauce and a pop. That?s a full meal. I had the picante burger which had some nice sauceand taste.
