Had the worst meal of my life here in Canada. Customer service is poor, and food quality is poor. Ordered through drive thru,... the employee taking the order was in a rush and did not know how to take an order. I pulled up to the window and there was noone present, I did not see a single employee on the order window, everything here gave me a negative vibe. Food was also justgarbage. Read more
Just about the worst fast food experience I've had. Went to pick up a mobile order but it wasn't ready when we got there.... APPARENTLY they only start mobile orders once you arrive....... Despite them having a specific pick up time. The fries werecold, hard, and sad. They must have been made hours before. Ordered 1 blueberry and 1 apple pie... Received 2 apple pies. Theylocked the doors 5 minutes after we arrived and told us to leave out the back doors... It was 7pm and they closed at 10pm.People were outside waiting to get in. Been to this location twice so far. The food was good, but the service is a nightmare. The manager is mean! They don?t have a... screen showing which mobile order they are working on, they also don?t call you by the order number. Everybody have to standthere and watch their slow motion service while don?t even know if the store have received the order or not. I don?t blame thestaff there, the manger is mean to them as well. I dined here today, the experience that I had here was not likeable. I greeted the cashier but she was dismissive and rude, to... the point where I said "have a good one!", she ignored me. Furthermore, the meal was atrocious. The burgers tasted like theywere bought from a package in Walmart, the poutine did not even have cheese curds on it, just melted cheese and you had to payfor the gravy separately. At that point it was not even poutine. Additionally the chocolate Oreo shake just tasted like expiredchocolate milk, personally I would not come back here again. Everytime I order something is wrong or missing items. I've worked in fast food for years and we are trained to check and double... check. Very disappointing especially when you have a craving for something and they don't put it in your order. Even ordering anapple pie is obviously too hard to figure out, they don't know the difference between apple or strawberry. Read more
I came here to share my experience with the drive-through workers and their rude manager named "Manpreet" (something close to... this). Before I wrote this review I checked reviews to make sure I wasn't the only one who went this so called unfortunateexperience with the staff in this burger king. I have never in my life came across anything similar to what I have went throughwith the staff there. Completely rude treats you like an animal and having let you wait for too long and if you complain thatit's taking long they start skipping your order and having you wait more, I never write reviews for restirants but as mentioned,I never came across such barbaric manager and rude staff in my life. Ghost whopper was great!... Aside from that... I know Sriracha!... That black sauce is NOT Sriracha. I don't want else to say... other then holy fail! I'm not one for negative reviews but this couldn't be ignored. Read more
