This Bridgehead location feels like it's missing something. Something about the atmosphere and environment feels off, and I... can't quite pinpoint what that is. When I ordered, I said "Hello" to the cashier and she just stared at me without sayinganything. We stared at each other for a few moments, it was very awkward. I was waiting for her to say something back to me, butshe never did. So I proceeded to tell her I would like to have a coffee. What an odd experience. Coffee was good though. Read more
The best black coffee I have had in ages! The place is cozy and invites you to relax and enjoy the moment. Also the banana... muffin we had was absurd! I truly recommend this place. Read more
Food seemed overpriced but the staff is really sweet and the location (downtown Ottawa) is great. Inside gives off a nice cozy... cafe vibe. Perfect for when you want to walk down the fall streets of Ottawa with your partner and need a warm tea to warm up. Read more
Although I am not a regular at this Bridgehead location, I have gone several times in the past few years and have always had a... good experience. During my latest visit I had a chai latte that was very good, while the staff person who served me wasfriendly. Expect to continue dropping by here from time to time in the future. Read more
April 2022 Great Bridgehead location. Staff is friendly and attentive. The barista during my visit was excellent and efficient.... Our drinks and chocolate quinoa cake were tasty. Outdoors tables near the exit are super appreciated :). Read more
Pretty decent coffee place. The selection is a bit limited but the service is impeccable and quick. Would visit again!
Good service with friendly staff. The place is cozy. Their baked good are fresh and crispy. I love their Cappuccino!
