Food and everything was good, except they made us sit in Bar section and watch UFC fight even though we wanted to sit on other... side to avoid watching fight with our 2.5year son. Reason staff shortage ????. I get it , it’s your game night and businessstrategy but why can’t your server serve on the other part of your restaurant which inside the same place. I have doubts ifthis place is good for families with kids??? I shared my experience with our server but still want to make sure management isaware. Thanks Read more
The food was horrible. The jambalaya fettuccine and parmesan shrimp Alfredo was horrible. The shrimp in both meals we cocktail... shrimp and together both meals had about eight shrimp. The sauces were from a bottle and my husband forced himself to eat themeal. I took two mouthful and it was enough. It was my husband's birthday and it was his choice of restaurant. Service was horrible and very slow. Ordered water and drinks soon as the waiter came but took forever. Went up to the bar to... get a pitcher of water and some glasses the bar tender rudely replied "Your waiter will bring it to you go have a seat at yourtable and when they are free they will come. We are very buisy". What kind of service is this? You rudely tell me to sit backdown and you can't provide water like this is horrible Read more
Boston Pizza on 2980 Conroy road is a nice place to get great quality food at a good price. There are two sections in this... restaurant, a dine in and a sports bar dine in. I prefer going to the sports bar area to watch games on their Multi-TV satellitesystem. You can feel it is a true sports bar by the sports parafinalial tastefully decorated in the bar and you can even hearthe game playing when inside the bathroom. This Boston Pizza has special game nights when the Sens, UFC and the NFL plays. There is a great atmosphere , prizes and specials. The food goes well beyond that from other big franchise pizza places. Thefood is delicous from their special salads, pizzas and wings. It all goes down great with their ice cold mugs of draft beer. Thestaff are friendly, service is quick, great atmosphere, what else could you want. Give it a try and you will come backagain. Things have changed due to covid so it is best to call to see what is available. Even if the bar is closed, the food isvery good and you can still enjoy their take out or delivery options. I am learning to use social media so I would appreciate itif you give me a thumbs up if you like my review, photos or videos. That feedback can help me improve in the future. The food tasted good (not amazing), but high prices wasn't worth the small portions (see pics). Plus the wasted gravy. Only got... 3 stars because it tasted alright. Read more
Great location and menu! Surprisingly, I tried the "Oven Baked 7 cheese Ravioli" with added bacon. It was so scrumptious! Our... waitress was just perfect. The patio was spacious but the atmosphere felt a bit dull though. Nonetheless, not a bad firstimpression. Read more
Had lunch. Pretty quiet and got seated immediately. Better half wanted the jumbalaya ans I went for steak sandwich. Post order,... server returns that out of fettuccini for the jumbalaya. Fine...spaghetti it is. Order didn't take long to process. He was okwith jumba though would have preferred the fettuccini. My steak sandwich was cooked a bit more than the medium I requested andreally was just steak between some lightly seasoned garlic bread. Thought there would be some little portion of sauce but no. Steak has a number of fatty chewy bits too. Add a beer and a Pepsi and total was $63. Overpriced imho for the quality. Servicewas good though the overall experience was not up to par. Read more
Well - I should have known better than to buy a burger at a pizza place. I have never had any issues with their other food but... this was pretty bad. I was given two hockey pucks and the worst part was when I said something the bartender/server goes "wellyou ate half of it, it couldn't have been that bad..." which is just bad customer service Tasted frozen - manager who decidedto come over to chat about things assured me they weren't (they were...) and he said they are precooked (....gross) andre-heated to order (like a fast food place...). Got 15% off a meal I half ate. Never ordering it again, would consider returningas other menu items are great. Stay clear of the burger.... Read more
