The individual at the counter refused to honour a Booster Juice free snack size smoothie.
Come here couple of time and the service was good but I ordered the breeze banana, I saw the things were put in it but didn?t... see her in the yogurt and I asked you didn?t add in the yogurt and she says we don?t add that, uh ok it says that right on themenu. Truly terrible condescending customer service. I left upset without purchasing anything. Don't go if you have any food... allergies. When I asked whether a drink had dairy in it I was told "whatever is listed is what's in it", but since it was only alist a fruit I just asked to confirm whether there was a yogurt or milk base. (Normally smoothies have something to make themblend? Juice, water, anything?) I was told, very tersely, to just read what's listed. I'm just unsure why the person who wasgoing make the drink couldn't confirm if it they would have put milk or yogurt in it? They were SO rude about what's a prettystraightforward yes or no question. I purchased a juice there today around 11am and the service was excellent!. The staff member showed that she cares.
Was there on the afternoon of May 25th 2022. The service was absolutely terrible. When asking which one of the drinks had no... yogurt, the lady just said I placed it the way you ordered it, then switched the drinks around. When my Co-Worker went back tocomplain to her in person, the lady just complained about not being tipped and asked if she was trying to get her fired. Read more
Yesterday, November 12 2020, early in the afternoon an employee of that booster juice made a public complaint that almost cost... me my job. I was respectful and I barely said 5 words to her. She's probably a new employee because I never saw her before Iwas wearing a Canadian flag with the thin Blue line across it. I support law enforcement which is why I wear it. She probablyhad a problem with law enforcement and took it out on me. Over the years, no one have ever made a complaint about it. I've spentwell over 200$ at that booster juice. Ordered a Spinach is in it and got a purple/red smoothie.I asked about it as I have ordered many times before and it is always... green. Person serving said it is always red..I looked online as well it shows as green. There is no spinach in my spinach is init! Disappointed!! Not open. Passed twice - 9:05 am and again at 1:30. Including placing my order ahead but was credited back once actually there.
