First time here. Will surely come again. Awesome selection of in house beer brews. I had the one off which was a seasonal was... a dark type stout with Smokey flavour. Big Rig is one of my favourite spots in Ottawa to eat poutine and grab a beer. It’s right off the highway and there’s... usually lots of parking. Best poutine in Ottawa (in my humble opinion) and the beer is great. Staff are always really friendlyand quick. Make sure to grab a few beer on the way out! Awesome patio as well. Read more

Delicious meatloaf with my choice of fries and baked beans that tasted like home; a gluten-free burger with sweet potato fries... and beet salad that looked like dessert. Mmm Mmm Mmm Enjoyable atmosphere and very comfortable booths. Will most definitely comeback for seconds ???? Read more

Cant complain with their taste in beer. Full marks. Food tasted okayiish. Pizza was the best of all. Ambience is pretty good.

It's a great restaurant and it's gotten better over the years. Their crafted beer is matched with all their food menu items... which is handy, the atmosphere is wonderful and the food is both plentiful, delicious and plated nicely. Read more

Very good experience. I was here for lunch with some work friends. I ordered the Cobb salad, they ordered a brisket sandwich,... big rig pizza and another pizza. The food was really delicious and the portions were generous. We were all impressed. Theservice was a bit slow (in terms of waiting to take our order, waiting to clear the plates, and waiting some more for thebills). The bathrooms were disgusting. The urinals stunk and there were flies around them. There was trash on the floors, dirtycounters and floors. Read more
