Came to pick up a cake ordered 1 month ago to a closed store. Opens at 11am and is now 1pm with no one in sight. Never received... a phone call or anything. No cake for the party. Tons of people outside store in same situation. Unbelievable. Will never usethis store again and If you have a party or function. I suggest you look elsewhere for a cake. Read more

Typical franchise store with average service and good old Baskin n Robbins Ice Cream ????????
My fiance and I come here all the time and today takes the cake. We spent $9 on two cones and this young girl working tonight -... May 31, 2022 at 7:40pm was so cheap with the ice cream we almost left the cones and walked out. Never have we had such patheticcones. She put one little sad scoop on each on our cones with not an ounce of ice cream in the cones. I am so disappointed Idon't think we'll be returning. I'll spend my hard earned money somewhere where they don't nickel and dime on ice cream. Read more

I always buy ice cream from this location, and it is always good. Today I bought the same ice cream and I am so disappointed... with the staff. For a medium cup that I paid 8.35 for I got this amount. When I told them that this was not the right amount,they treated me very badly and when I was leaving the store they were talking behind my back. I am not going to this locationanymore. Read more

My fiance ordered a gluten free cake, she overly communicated that I'm celiac and that I can't have any gluten in the cake. The... staff were knowledgable and the nutrition label list was helpful as well. She had also asked to have this batman picture put onthe cake. They were also accomodating by allowing us to alter the ice cream flavor as well which I was appreciative. However mybrother picked up the cake and had asked again just to double check if it's gluten free and if it's safe, the staff had said theimage ontop contains gluten. They would not issue a refund and said they had tried to call us but we have no record of any phonecalls and I highly doubt they did. I was not able to eat any of the cake and it ruined the birthday party. They gave me theowners information who I had left a voicemail, to which I have not heard back from still. Read more
