Easily my favourite A&W, everything is cooked extremely well. For example my spouse cannot eat eggs from most places. It messes... with their stomach. Yet they love the ones from here and NEVER have problems. So high praise! Best A&W! Read more

The fast food here is slow food! This location is either overloaded or understaffed. After you order, they ask you to park in... the lot, and it can be more than five minutes until they bring you the order. Also, the staff gets confused about which car iswhich when bringing orders outside. Maybe do them a favour and shop elsewhere until they figure out why it is so slow. Read more

Alright the hero of the day is called Serena .. this young lady is off the charts in customer service, I typically spend 15-20$... for breakfast.. she was able to offer me the sausage and egger and was able to remove the sausage and change it with tomatolettuce in respect of my religious restrictions on meat. I think I found my new breakfast place? she even brought my food to thetable .. she was kind and professional all along .. where do you find people like Serena? Read more
A&W is located at Heron Gate Square at 1660 Heron Road. This franchise store still has the new store vibe, is clean and staff... are friendly. The family burgers taste consistently the same and meet expectations. I prefer to drink their root beer in theirfrosty retro glass mugs. The drive tru works well, too bad they would not serve you if you're on your bicycle. I like thedirection A&W has taken to offer Canadian grass fed beef that is raised without added hormones or steroids. I believe this makeseating fast food a little better for my overall health. A&W is making its way to the lead as far as fast food goes. Great breakfasts, et al. Keep it classy with the frozen glass mugs... (straw-less), good meat and friendly staff. Many great option for vegetarians and it has to be the only fast food restaurantoffering oat milk. Love this place and this location. Only downside was that it was freezing inside. It still wouldn?t preventme for keeping this out of the regular rotation. Read more
