The absolute worst experience I've had at any Starbucks. (Visiting my mom from out of town. ) I'll start off with my brain was a... little frazzled. I was drawing a blank on our typical drink order that we order every time. My boys were being boys. Messingaround, me trying to get them to act right. The kids that were working wasn't the cheery people I'm used to seeing at my regularStarbucks. But that didn't stop me. I finally placed my order and thought I figured out what we normally order. I walk to theend of the counter. I see the girl making our drinks and they look a little off. She had only the syrups in the 3 cups. I saidto her " oh no, this doesn't look right. Could you only make one first." I wanted to make sure it was right before wasting 3drinks. She states back " I've already started your order and this is what you ordered" I've never had any Starbucks not stop inthere tracks and help you figure out what it is that you want and make sure it's what you want. Every other Starbucks I've evervisited have always been so helpful, kind and eggar to get you the drink you want. I really think the lady working needs alittle more customer service training the way every other Starbucks employee is that I've encountered from Iowa, Nebraska, Herein other parts of Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Georgia and many more states that I've visited. Ottawa has alot of people that are their and are some of friendliest people I've ever had the pleasure in meetin throughout my... life so the staff at Starbucks ain't no different so of course it was a Awesome experience. Read more
The barista who made this for me was awesome! I didn't see her name, but she was working at noon on April 8th. I wanted a keto... drink but didn't know what to order. She was very helpful and patient. Will definitely be buying these again (Pink drink= dragonfruit tea with heavy cream and 4 shots of sugar free vanilla in case anyone is interested). Read more
Menu and drinks are comparable with most starbucks. Usually very busy with long wait times. They do accept Starbucks app, but... you cannot use any rewards stars here. No seating or waiting area. Read more
Drove through for coffee. Young man at the window was extremely nice. Great and happy to have this location.
