My first time at Freddy's because there aren't any in Grand Prairie or Arlington Tx. I liked this so much better than Steak and... Shake. The burger was hot and that is very important to me. Closed early due to short staffing yet still had people in the dining room and 1 car in front that got service. Came through the... line at 656 and said they closed early at 7 but didn?t take order. Read more

This place is awsome! Manager Lady(Don't know her name) was the nicest ,best manager I've ever dealt with. Foods good too!

Only reason I like this place is for the fries with cheese sauce and they forgot the cheese sauce. We also ordered a kids combo... for my 2 year old and all he got was 2 small chicken tenders and a drink because they forgot the side. And my husbands Dr Pepperis just carbonated water.. We live out of town so we couldn?t go back. Read more

Awful experience. Placed on order online for pick up. Tried to go through the drive thru to get my order where they told me I... have to come in to get my order. Went inside and was given two bags. I asked them if those two bags had my food, my drinks, andmy custard. The workers gave me a look like I was stupid for asking and told me yes. Took the bags to my car to check, and I wasmissing my drinks. I went back in and they handed me cups and told me I could get my drinks myself. Then to top it all off myfood is cold when I get home. Was very good. Friendly help at the counter. Chili cheese dog, fries, tea. Clean location. Clean restroom. Good was delivered in... a timely manner. Everything tasted good. Only downside was it was about 44° outside and in the restaurant it was in the coolside. Need the heater on. Recommend this location. Read more
